Finally did the whole 40 minutes! Thank you for this great workout. The weights not only provide cardio and build muscle that we older folks need, but the weights also help strengthen our bones which is crucial for older people. Another thing that I love about this video is the beautiful background you created. The equipment, arranged just so, and the orchids, both in a pleasing three-piece arrangement, is a calming background that I find makes it easier to work. So thank you in so many ways!
Your counts, claps, and sound effects have made an immense difference in my outlook. I’m a dancer and rugby player, and I lost 8mm of the end off my tibia. Making it to the bathroom is a painful journey now.... the sweat and endorphins you generate have saved me from some dark places. Blessings to you and happy new year 💜

I have all kinds of health issues. Arthritis in my neck, back, and knee and water retention in my feet. My physical therapist told me walking long distances is bad for the arthritis in my knees. I also have Gerd which is a form of acid reflux. One of the symptoms is shortness of breath when doing physical activity that most people wouldn’t have shortness of breath from. Also during the pandemic I became way more sedentary. I love this workout because it is physically demanding without giving me shortness of breath or hurting my joints. I also really love the motivational talk that you do. It’s just what I need to keep going and that as long as I get a benefit from it I’m good doing it just the way I can.
I started your chair workouts when I was recovering from a knee injury in Vietnam, and still use it even once healthy as I like the no impact nature of it and always feel like I get a good workout. I then had a 3 day quarantine in a hotel in Vancouver as I came back to Canada and it was perfect. I am now finishing 11 more days of self-isolation in a motor home that I am not allowed to leave and your workouts continue to be perfect. Thank you so much! I have recommended these to my running group multiple times.

After the holidays, I injured all five toes on my left foot and one on the right (stress fractures and lines on each foot!!) and that same week my engagement was also broken off. I’m from NC but am currently vacationing in the Poconos with my family - EIGHT people (me and the hubs, our 4 kids, and both our moms) in a condo at Camelback Mountain resort. And not much room to workout (also, not a single REAL chair in the whole place). So I did this workout on a dang barstool out on the back deck! I only brought 2 pound weights with me, but it was still a good workout - I was really sweating! Thanks, Caroline!!

Wow, I'm used to doing hiit almost everyday and now I injured my ankle and I'm confined to chair workouts, but this one was so good! I didn't even realize how weak my core was, the running in place in the chair was almost impossible for me to do😂😂way harder than standing up, it just opened my eyes that I've got work to do! Hey Caroline, I'm from India. I am still in my 30s and already have damaged knees due to weight gain and stress. I have tried to make small changes in my life towards the positive, and your videos have been a big part of that the past few years. I am trying to be more consistent in increasing my core strength. I repeat your videos often and although I have now almost memorized your lines, your routines, I still like putting on your video and doing it along. Because your videos help me think I am doing it with a friend. Pulling myself up to workout on my own is hard to do on a daily basis. Hi Caroline I just did this total workout with 3 kg weights. My left knee is acting up and I did not want to stress it out. I was pouring in sweat. I am gonna do some push ups now. Thanks so much. You have so much energy and you make it very exciting even though there is no music. You are amazing.
I'm doing this workout twice a week followed by your 8 min L/B and your 17 min chair yoga. This is the most challenging chair workout I've encountered and I love it. I have been sharing your workouts with my Weight Watchers group. They love the kickboxing chair stuff as do I. I am so grateful for you. You have changed things for me. I'm getting stronger and walking better.
Caroline, I really enjoyed this workout. It was structured the way I like, cardio first, then strength. My fave cardio move is the side punch. My fave strength move is the rotator cuff move, which helps to prevent injury. I'm with everyone else...please continue making chair cardio/strength workouts! On another note, today I played your injury/pain video which was especially encouraging. I am consistent with exercise, even with chronic pain. Sometimes it's all too much, emotionally; however, I do practice gratitude and look for ways to define myself in nonphysical ways. What you offer us is beneficial physically, mentally and spiritually, as your work is a ministry of hope!

Hi Caroline I just did this total workout with 3 kg weights. My left knee is acting up and I did not want to stress it out. I was pouring in sweat. I am gonna do some push ups now. Thanks so much. You have so much energy and you make it very exciting even though there is no music. You are amazing.

I'm doing this workout twice a week followed by your 8 min L/B and your 17 min chair yoga. This is the most challenging chair workout I've encountered and I love it. I have been sharing your workouts with my Weight Watchers group. They love the kickboxing chair stuff as do I. I am so grateful for you. You have changed things for me. I'm getting stronger and walking better.

Caroline, I really enjoyed this workout. It was structured the way I like, cardio first, then strength. My fave cardio move is the side punch. My fave strength move is the rotator cuff move, which helps to prevent injury. I'm with everyone else...please continue making chair cardio/strength workouts!
On another note, today I played your injury/pain video which was especially encouraging. I am consistent with exercise, even with chronic pain. Sometimes it's all too much, emotionally; however, I do practice gratitude and look for ways to define myself in nonphysical ways. What you offer us is beneficial physically, mentally and spiritually, as your work is a ministry of hope!
