    I am 76 and have been using utube for the last 2 months to do chair aerobics and chair yoga. I have always been an advocate for exercise but my arthritis and sciatica have limited my routines. I always use my big screen TV because it is like you are in the room with me, but I can't like or comment so I decided to take time and go on my laptop and comment on some of my most liked workouts. I happened upon yours about a month ago and when I need a power workout your my gal!!!!!
    I especially enjoy the cardio and strength workout with dumbbells!!!!! Your energy and positive attitude keep me going even when I might be getting tired. Thanks, Caroline and keep up the great work

    I recently fractured my ankle and was desperately looking for a workout to get me through the next month or so. I first found your Pilates with a foot injury and LOVED IT.     16:35 "Make sure those dumbbells are not by your feet." The reason I am here. Had a foot problem, started practicing walking barefoot, added dumbbells to my routine. Yep, I slammed my toe into the dumbbells one day. New foot problem. Not giving up my exercise, so glad you are here!

      I hear ya. I broke both ankles and feet and have had about 14 surgeries. I've been off work for 8 YEARS!!! I finally had enough of just sitting 0r lying in bed. I have looked multiple other times for seated workouts but they were usually only for seniors. I'm so excited to start!!! I gained 88 lbs during this long process and lost 25 lb when I was able to walk for a month. I'm back on non weight bearing status AGAIN and am so seriously ready to lose some real weight and get rid of this flab.

    Thank you so much Caroline.! I am 64 yrs old in Calgary, AB Canada. I have been in isolation with Rheumatoid Arthritis, degenerative disc disease and foot problems since March. three months ago I was just sitting in my chair watching tv and gained a few pounds. Found your channel and have become addicted. Lost a few pound and abs tightening. No longer sitting in my chair! Love your cheery personality! and this combined workout!

    I love this workout! I'm 66 years old and am moving my body for the first time in a long time. This workout is fast paced and intense but totally manageable for anyone just starting to move their body after having a sedentary lifestyle.

    I had foot surgery last week so I cannot put a lot of weight on my left foot. For someone who is typically active, this left me depressed and frustrated. But I found your videos, Caroline, and have discovered how much I can do while sitting! I am a sweaty mess (in a good way)!

    I love your videos and did not realize there was a chair series. I initially found you because of a ankle injury but recently hurt my wrist and needed something low impact. Somehow during running with the wrist injury I aggravated my ankle. I don't understand, but I appreciate your work. Keep it up. You inspire me!

    I broke my toe a week and a half ago and all my January fitness goals blew up. I found your channel and I have to say these videos are hard even for folks who workout regularly! It’s a totally different use of the body. Thanks for these videos, as it would have been easy to feel sorry for myself and do nothing for 4-6 weeks

    I’ve been doing work out videos faithfully for one year. Turned 60 one weekend and the next weekend I was walking down a hill, fell and broke a bone in my foot. I’ve been in a boot for 6 weeks with 5 more to go. Just found your videos and now I’m back to working out daily. Thanks so much!

      I'm about to turn 55 and have been in bed or sitting for about 80%of the past 8 years. I broke both my feet and both my ankles requiring about 14 surgeries to save them just to have them rebreak again. As you can imagine I'm scared to death to start bouncing around on my feet like I used to. I am so greatful to have found these exercises and people in the same boat as me. I'm not happy to have you go through an ankle fracture but to find a site where other people may get what I'm going through with the weight gain and previous inability to exercise. Good luck.

    Thank you for this great workout! I am starting out on regaining fitness after illness and currently have plantar fasciitis, so this was the perfect level for me. No impact on the feet or knees but plenty of "sparkling"! I'll be doing it again often.

    I am so blown away with your videos!!When I broke my foot a couple weeks ago…I was pretty discouraged and couldn’t imagine not being able to engage in my regular workouts…I immediately went to google “workouts with a broken foot!!”Up popped your workouts!!     I have plantar fasciitis that is slow to improve. A am so habituated to exercise that it has been very discouraging and depressing. I found your chair cardio/strength exercises and they have really helped me feel like I can be active while being gentle with my foot and letting it heal.     I have musculoskeletal disorder on my left leg for over 1.5 year now and for 2.5 years issues with my left foot. In 3 weeks I am visiting a rehabilitation doctor here in the Netherlands (where I live).
    Fysiotherapy made things worse and I couldn't recover properly and I relapsed 2 months ago. Finding new ways to work out again and then I found your channel. Thank you soooo much❤. I am feeling so much better 🙏⚘️.
    Couldn't do all the leg raises but the rest was totally fine.
    I am 35 years old and felt so extremely sad for so long that working out was such a struggle. Now finding ways to adapt the workout to my disability and this really helps. So thank you again⚘️ ❤ from Eindhoven, the Netherlands

    I had Enterocele surgery almost 2 weeks ago. I am not able to do my normal cardio routines so he said that I can do arm workouts in a chair. I am thrilled to find something I can to and keep focused on taking care of my health journey. Your videos are perfect. Thank you 😊

    You have changed my life, I shatered my foot 10.5 years ago - 6 surgeries, lots of metal & continued added new issues with having a long term injury that will never heal. I spent years only doing my Physio & gradually gaining weight until l found you, you rock Caroline.
    I've been doing your 45min full body & yours & Sam's abs, now just did this - I'm so uncoordinated, I'm gradually going to do more & more of your sessions. Thank you from Australia, so much for resurrecting my life.

    I started first doing your shorter chair workouts for beginners and nowadays I have better stamina and strength so I can do this intense seated cardio and strength workout with dumbbells. These kind of chair workouts should not be underestimated, they really can get you in good shape! Thank you coach!

    I had foot surgery 3/13, and have been looking for something to get movement in. This chair routine was perfect! The only thing I had to do was modify some of the leg movements for my right foot, since my boot is kind of heavy. The best part is that is helped my mood and made be feel like I still have control over my fitness goals! Thanks for putting together these great videos!

    Thank you for these chair exercises. The first time I did your chair workouts was when I had a hurt foot to keep going until I could return to the gym. Here I am again using them because I've been having palpitations and shortness of breath since gallbladder surgery. These chair workouts help me not put so much stress on my heart till they figure out what is wrong with me. Thank you again.

    This is only the second time I have tried one of your video's. It is very challenging for me and had to stop a few times but made it through. Hope with time and effort it will get easier. i have bad feet and use to do lots of power walks and no longer able to so now I am giving chair workouts a try. Thank you

    Just want you to know, Caroline Jordan, that you have saved my sanity and helped my body so much! I've been a long distance runner for over 20 years and suffered my first serious injury just recently. In order to make a full recovery, I am not able to run or do any impact exercise for a long while. Your hurt foot and seated exercises along with your beautiful presence and motivation have given me hope and I am now striving to keep my legs moving as much as I safely can but also focussing on getting great arms and abs.     Crazy good chair workout & exactly what i was looking for. Broke my foot 6 days ago and the main thing I've been stressing about was exercise because it is my mental health savior. This def got my heart rate up and I even started breaking a sweat. Bravo!

    Just had a partial meniscectomy and recovery is taking longer than anticipated. No workout = no good for me, so I was incredibly happy to find your chair workouts, Caroline!     Bless you for making this. I have had major sprains in both ankles when I was a teen and now I get really bad ankle pain every so often. I have been so discouraged from my fitness journey because it wasn’t feeling good anymore and was intensely painful. I feel so good after this I’m happy to have that feel good moment again 💕.

    following a tendon (or ligament) tear I am still waiting on an MRI 2 months later... in the meantime I am so happy to have discovered the chair cardio and weights videos!!! They are awesome. I had lost 9 lbs before the injury and everything came to a screeching halt (walking/horse riding/cardio and fitness videos). I am 60 and it is definitely use it or lose it! So glad to be able to get back to moving,

    Watching from LA! I recently underwent some setbacks since my ACL and meniscus surgery towards the end of August last year. It's been a long recovery and I've sustained a lot of muscle loss. I'm so happy to be here to pick up where I left off!

    I love your seated cardio workouts. I recently had trouble with my left leg . I will be starting physical therapy this week. Your videos have really helped to boost my metabolism. I try to at least do 2 videos a day.

    I'm suffering with Plantar Fasciitis in one heel and cannot do regular aerobics any longer. I got so downhearted about not being able to exercise and even walk at times and then I found these workouts. They are just what I needed to keep moving while my foot heels. Thanks!

    Thanks, Caroline! I've been in a boot for almost a year now (one surgery down, at least one more to go), and I'm so glad I found you! I used to run 15-20 miles a week and your videos are the first time since this all started I've had a real workout, actually focused on what I CAN do instead of wallowing in everything I can't, and felt like someone understands all the messy emotions that go with an injury like this. You're fantastic. And your cute outfits make me want to treat myself to something new to work out in (seems fair given all the money I'm saving in running shoes)!

    I am thrilled to have found these videos! Even at 61 I always try to stay active, running, biking, swimming -- I recently suffered a lisfranc ligament tear in my right foot (mid foot injury) and find myself in a stabilizing boot for 6- 8 weeks. So bummed!! End of covid, looking forward to spring (here in NYS) and in a boot! Urrggg

    I have been loving these chair workouts, they are fabulous. I've been exercising for more than 15 years and I've noticed I haven't really been feeling any physical benefits of my workouts. That has changed since I started doing chair workouts. I can't believe how I can really feel it in my legs, glutes and abs. Thank You for this wonderful workout.
