I am in CT! I am 64 years old. I am managing my type 2 diabetes with diet, exercise, a low dose medication and supplements. I see my dietician, naturopath, and primary care physician every 3 months to review fasting bloodwork results. I was never athletic, I was very uninspired in gym class. I didn’t feel coordinated or capable. I am grateful that I have always enjoyed walking! I can do these videos! I am grateful for the internet where I can view them. I'm 71 years old. I have a left bundle blockage for probably 30 years. I just had my meds upgrade it because my Blood Pressure was up in the one 50s. After doing your exercises in that for the last 2 weeks. My blood pressures down now and it's. It's in the 120s and in the evenings. It's in the 120's which is great. It's never been that low in the evenings. Your workout is helped me a lot. I do it twice a day. Thank you very much.Dewitt
i have just finished it after i had my breakfast. hope it helps with my blood sugar, gona check it in 1 hour. EDIT: i have type2 diabetes, i woke up with 106, before breakfast my blood sugar was 116. i had my breakfast, 2 small hard boiled eggs, some cheese, cherry tomatoes, a cucumber and some black olives. I took my medicine and then i did this workout. After 1 hour my blood sugar is 121. So almost as same as before breakfast. In the morning whatever i eat my blood sugar usually spikes. So i say this is a win. Thank you for the workout video. 2.EDIT: 2 Hours after breakfast my blood sugar is 98.
Worked great on my BP today- started with a 149 systolic today, then did this sugar burn workout and some stationary biking and dropped that number to 126! ❤ your movement medicine, Caroline!

Hi Caroline. I started this exercise about a week ago. It’s has helped me bring my sugar level low and so happy so far. Just bit concerned I been previous experiencing miscarried and just found out I am pregnant, is it safe in pregnancy to continue with this exercise? You're right, it's one of the best 10 minute exercises on the internet! I don't always have the opportunity to walk outdoors after lunch, so this exercise is great. It looks easy, but it ain't that easy! I'm a 69 year old recovering from ME/CFS, so sometimes I have to stop or at least lower my arms. I'm going to keep going every day though. I am sure I will get stronger if I do!

i love the the 5-15 minute diabetes exercise videos! i've been so bad at being consistent about exercise but breaking it up into several 5-20 minute chunks throughout the day has been so much more helpful and your approach to fitness is so positive!

Thanks for this… Gonna try to incorporate it every morning and every evening for a month and see where I’m at. FYI, I realize that you have no fat on your body, but for a 58 year old, with “gor-dooh-daz” the size of Mount Kilimanjaro (a.k.a. Human bat wings) weighing 10 pounds each, I’m really hoping the arm exercises will get easier!

Hi Caroline, I was getting ready to do a hurt foot workout and saw this one. This was perfect since I can’t put pressure on the top of my foot. I was able to get some great movement without wearing shoes. It was such a nice way to get around the enforced inactivity brought on by a missing toenail. Thanks for coming through for me again!
Im doing this with weights to increase the intensity. I have been doing this on and off for about three weeks and just started with the weights. I have been feeling alot better, just have to get the eating portion down.
