    The time passes so quickly. I’m 74 and couldn’t do a lunge although I am very active. I CAN DO A LUNGE AFTER ONLY 2 Weeks doing the videos. I’m so proud of myself. Thank you.

    I am not diabetic yet, but I do trend towards it. I have tried most of the RUclips videos and they seldom work. What has worked is eliminating processed or refined carbs and exercise. Your exercise while simple drop my morning BG by 10 to 20pts. For that I am very thankful. I use 15 lb and 3 lb dumb bells in this exercise. I also know that if repeated your exercise too soon then my BG can go up. Also if I do HIIT my BG will go up. How long in your opinion should I wait before exercising again? Thanks and wishing you a great 2024.

      Wow 12? Stay away from the junk processed foods! I'm 32 and learning to cook (literally just got into it) and has literally changed my life. I'm cooking things I love to eat and making they healthy!! Man these restaurants are poisoning us - I been losing weight eating stuff I love - the stuff I was eating wasn't even that tasty - just oily and making me depressed!!! Food is everything. And exercise is so fun

    I use Libre 3. I exercise after eating so unfortunately my glucose still rises! I hope that the exercise keeps it from going as high as if I didn't exercise!

    Hi i didnt test my sugar before the exercise. My last test is 2 hours after eating and it was 130. 3 hours after, i did this exercìse. And it read 120. Should be lower.

    47yrs old with pre-diabetic (2019 GDM during pregnancy) no any medication prescribed just controlling my daily diet. After breakfast today, my blood sugar 8.5 (2 hrs post meal) . Done this exercise and after 35min my blood sugar reduce to 6.7. Thank you for your guidance. Will do this exercise everyday.

    I am 26 and I was unable to get pregnant for almost a year. I didn’t know diabetics was the cause and I found it it was above 330 when i tested after fasting but I changed my life style and i quit all the carbs and finally I got it to 220 after fasting I couldn’t bring down than that finally I saw this video in couple of days dropped to 170 even after eating thank you so much I hope this may help me to normalize my sugar level without any medication

    I checked my blood sugar it came 290 after 2 hours of my breakfast... i got this video and after doing this i rechceked it and it was 245...     I am so grateful to you for sharing these exercises! My glucose 2 hours after lunch was 133. I felt like that was a little too high. I went searching for lowering blood sugar fast, and here I am; I am happy to report that my glucose level dropped by 25 points- from 133 to 108!

      Idk if you have a specific issue, but 2 hours after eating, one's normal blood glucose level (bgl) is supposed to be around 140 mg/dl. So your 133 mg/dl was completely fine.
      Your brain needs a constant supply of glucose to run. Try not to underfeed it.
      I'm only venturing to state this since I overthought everything when I first got diagnosed with prediabetes and ended up really sick. I fainted and stuff due to low bgl. I had issues remembering and got really irritable too.
      Keep these in mind:
      Before eating, or as soon as you wake up in the morning, the bgl should be no more than 100 mg/dl.
      Just after eating, the bgl should be no more than 200 mg/dl.
      2-3 hours after eating, the bgl should be no more than 140 mg/dl.
      Be well.

    Okay, I have been really working on my blood sugar for nearly three years a. snd have also been doing 18 hr daily fast for almost a year. Still suffering from High blood sugar at readings. SO my bloodsugar was at 197 before this exercise and just took it 172 down 35 points in 10 minutes. AMAZING

    I did this workout after my sugar spiked up to 12, after one hour eating a meal, after treating a hypo. Is it normal for sugar to spike after a hypo and is it convenient to exercise after having a hypo a couple of hours ago?

    I enjoyed these exercises, I just couldn't do the lunges because of knee pain and was able to do just a few of the squats. I could do everything else though, so thanks for taking us through how to lower our blood sugar! I'll have subscribed to your channel :o)

    I’m speakless!! My blood sugar reading two hours after eating was 218. Searched the internet and came across this video of a ten minute exercise to lowers blood sugar. It works. I did the exercise and then I checked it again at wow 180 just in 10 minutes. Thank you!!

    10 minutes of brisk walk is enough for adiabatic patients to low sugar as 7 to 8 points. after eating you should wait around 1and half hour and then start brisk walk for about 40 minutes or around 4000 steps you will see that your glucose drops arounds 30 to 35 points .it will help you to lower hba1c .and one thing u must leave munching strictly only eat 2 or three times a day maximum and nothing else inbetween times except water .the more time you eat the more you have to walk to low the glucose hence so choose your food wisely and 1 or 2 day a week keep fasting for 24 hours must help you to insulin sensitivity .lose your fat as fast as possible and start make build up of your muscles.get rid of extra calories extra salt extra vegetables oils and extra protein also ate only as much you feel hungry and requirements of your daily need calories accordingly to your life style.check regular sugar b.p and full body test or check up every six months.
