    I salute you. I am 62 years old.When my Dr told me I have chronic high blood pressure I felt so discouraged. Thanks God I decided to surf the net to find natural remedies. And the first person I met was you on Ytube. I started morning and nightmy blood pressure is now 116/83 from 157/92 in one week. I also changed my diet to more fruits and vegetables.       Im new at taking blood presure meds my blood presure is good until 430 pm comes around it starts going up and i feel sick then i take my pill

    Thank you for your programs. On August 11th, my bp was 142/102. I was introduced to your videos on August 12th and started doing them at least once everyday. I mixed in walking the dog for 30 minutes a day and reduced my sugar and salt intake also. As of today, September 3rd, my bp was 122/87. Thanks for showing me that movement is medicine.

    BP 134/87 today. I will do this workout for 2 weeks and check again. I poured my alcohol down the sink and soaked my vapes and threw them out.

    Just wanted to drop a comment and say thanks for existing! I'm 30 and had a blood pressure scare 2 weeks ago, hitting 150/100 and was advised to do a lifestyle change and start exercising. I found your videos by chance and can say that they've really helped me out! Thank you for the encouraging words that make me smile while doing the workout. Now, two weeks later, your videos along with better food intake has made my bp normalize back at 110/70! We all appreciate you, coach! :)

    I'm 43 with High Blood Pressure. I started with your 10 minute workout hor high BP a week ago and now I do this one 3 times a day! I see the definition in my lats and shoulders and starting to see my stomach tighten up! I know this won't happen overnight but I'm grateful for your videos! I'm 272...my aim is to be 225.

    I’m 26 and have high blood pressure. I got on 2 medications and then I stopped. I tried walking that didn’t help. And I really didn’t ever plan on working out. But thanks to your low impact workouts I’ll definitely be doin more workouts soon once I build up some strength in all my body parts.

    Thank you Caroline. I was scared to try this as I thought my BP would go higher. Started at 136/86, finished the workout and my BP is now 120/72 🤯 I also had been battling a headache for three days and it is now gone!! I will continue to incorporate these exercises and you have a new subscriber! 😊 I can’t wait to tell my doctor!

    I am super grateful to have found your videos. 3 months in and I'm not only down 10 lbs but my BP went from 140s/100s to 120s/80s! I am proud of what I have accomplished with you by my side. I’ve only been exercising for 10 days using one little video per day ( I so appreciate the variety! 🐿️) and a little walk to take a pic of the sunset (or the fog… I live by the ocean in Nova Scotia lol) after a VERY sedentary season…I have four kids, four grandbabies and sudden high blood pressure after 55 years of perfect health but zero deliberate exercise and a lifetime of using sugar like a happiness drug… 100 year old future me is so grateful to you for helping me exercise every day for the next 45 years!     Happy I found this. Had the schock of my life 15th October 2023, blood pressure was 247/143, I refused hospital and pills to go natural. I was already exercising, and had started a healthy diet. I have temporarily stopped my gym, as I am wanting to start up slowly, and allow my body to heal. I also do meditation, Qigong, and energy healing exercises. After 5 days, kinda feeling a little less stressed. I was overweight, dropped 8lbs in 5 days, it all helps towards being healthy. Sometimes these things happen to make us listen, and pay attention. As they say high blood pressure is a silent killer. I sensed something was wrong, and only tested after i went in to have a deep splinter removed!!! The trigger was having a massive head spin during a weighted bar HIIT class, and couldnt stand up, and lightheaded all day after. Starting over again, and wil continue to use this, as I struggle with balance etc. HIghly recommend you so this! Thank you so much.

    I do one of your workouts a day . I've been doing your videos for 6 months now . I lost 10lbs , lowered my blood sugar (from pre diabetic) , lowered my blood pressure, not sure it's you but my cholesterol went down by 25% too. (I'm 65) I'm glad I found you .thanks

    Hi Caroline Just wanted to share with you that I am in Bangladesh and during Covid times in 1921 I started doing your seated workouts. I had knee problems and could not do them standing. I am so happy to share that today after two years of following your exercises I am much fitter and could do this exercise standing !! Thank you so much for your guidance. Stay blessed

    After doing your bp exercise with the other cardio exercise for about 1 month today and this morning when I checked my bp it was 107/72 ..Thank you very much Caroline for sharing that movement is medicine .. Btw my diastolic pressure is always high like 85 or sometimes above that reading.

    I'm 48 yes old..I started blood pressure when I was pregnant to my youngest .. his 16yrs old..my blood test and heart results came back normal..was told to do exercises..started your program yesterday and felt good..my pressure results are 180/100..     Thank you Caroline Jordan for this low impact exercises. I incorporate/combine your exercise routine each morning and pm in my routine and it is helping me gain a good mobility function I nearly lost due to long convalescence from L5 S1 herniated disc affecting my walking/balance . On top of this, i am also T2 diabetic with extreme peripheral neuropathy from waist to my arms and when shooting and burning pain happens, i just grimmaced in agony not knowing what to do. I did not realize now that short exercise can do a great deal when you are motivated/disciplined to get better. I must admit it is hard work but getting easier as days go by w/ persistence and determination. I do have some good days and bad days on some days, but I pushed myself when i can. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. It is so true that movement is medicine and thankful of people like you who are caring in these you tube ptograms. I visit my podiatrist and physiotherapist and paid my fees to help me with my issues but they only give me very little tips on what to do. Thanks for your time and sharing. I shall recommend more to my friends.

    With your video's and every kind of herbal tea's I drink for every organ in my body, and as a cleansing routine as well, hopefuly will make my heartrate normal again.
    Right now its 140/90 constantly.
    I am 172cm and 86KG.

    Your guided workouts are a regular part of my ongoing rehab from heart surgery (Feb 2020) and chronic hypertension. I'm more relaxed and am in a happier mood, and my systolic is usually about 20 points lower after a couple of your RUclips sessions. TY so much, Caroline!

    Thank you so much Caroline for this workouts, bp was 165/115 and been on medication for a year now. I have just found your exercises and been doing it since 3 days plus eating a lot of fruits and vegetables and I have not taken medication since then. I just checked my bp and it 138/87, as I continue with the workout hopefully my bp will drop down and I will not have take the medication anymore.

    Caroline than you for offering this workout. I have lowered my BP from 189 to 134 in just a week. I am also walking a mile a day or more. I intend to continue your workouts while the weather turns colder, You are inspiring.

      My bp avg has historically been below avg or iow blood pressure. With the onset of age and dietary changes I have gained weight and numbers.
      I began seeing flashing lights in my peripheral.
      vision. I heeded the warning and now I hover at 130/92.

      wish it was that easy, i used to walk 3 miles a day timeds 3 mabe 4 i ddint see a huge change my bp nmot by over 40 points reduction on my syst i wish!.... i walked 4 miles a day times by at least 3 days a week did it for 5 months i was lucky if i hd 20 point reduction in my syst
