You are awesome Caroline. I had an HBA1c of 12 and was able to bring it down to 6.3 in 4 months' time. I did a lot of changes to my diet and included 10-minute exercises 1.5 hours after my meal time. i also do stairs up and down 1.5 hours after a meal whenever I can. That along with a green smoothie and some healthy lifestyle changes got me the results. My doctor was astonished to see my results. Your workouts are really good and fun too. Thanks so much for all the great workout videos that you share. I like variety so i dont get bored doing the same. And you have put up so many great videos. Caroline, I've been following your workouts for a while now (about a month) and am absolutely amazed by the transformation I've witnessed in my body, energy, and mental health. In fact, I feel off when I don't do your workouts. I had to give myself a few days break because I have been experiencing shortness of breath, but I decided I had to get back on track and then stumbled upon this video. I wanted to do something light & simple and I feel SO MUCH BETTER. I can breathe better & feel fabulous. You always motivate me & push me to be a better version of myself. Just did another one after dinner! Why sit on the couch watching TV? I could do it while watching TV. It's good for maintaining good blood sugar after dinner! I could even change the speed to 0.75 or skip a couple of movements with marching. It's so easy to do. Actually as long as I have time to watch TV, I should have time for it. Win-win. ABSOLUTELY HAPPY with your video. start @1:57 Due to my knee pain, i did the first 12 minutes only. I feel great. 117 calories burned doing only a half of the exercises and a distance of 1 km. Update: Today , I have completed the whole video with you. It was easy because of your encouraging words and loving smile. I have done : 1,73 Km Steps:2221 Burned: 200 calories. I feel proud of my slow progress .Little step every day. ^-^

Just did 2nd round of the day after dinner. Some days, I need more effort to pull myself out of chair to exercise. However, the feeling of being able to defeat the laziness is great in the end.
Day 21 🎉. My DH did it too for the 1st time. I did not push him or correct him. Just let him experience it, benefit from it and want to do it voluntarily 😂. He likes it. He said it's easy to do yet it's a whole body workout. Thank you Caroline. Great program 👍 🎉.
Day 10. Woo-hoo 🎉 Feel good 👍. No pain, no gain? The whole time I have smiles on my face while i was doing this routine! Who's not to smile when you are feeling better day by day. Omgh im type 2 diabetic and so shocked right now. I combined your sugr burn exercise with your 1 mile walk. My sugar went from 158 to 82 😱😱 thnk you soo much this going to be in my everyday routine.
Just did the 3rd round of the day a while after dinner 😅😅. It's hot, but it's not as hot as yesterday. I noticed how strong and tuned my legs are. I used to have tuned legs during my career years. I mostly use stairs instead of elevator with the front half of high heels on steps. Since early retired 3 years ago, legs are shrink! This program is really good for the legs. Remember people say when you're aging, legs age first. I think I reversed, hauled and slowed the aging process. This is outside improvement that I can see. I bet there's big improvement inside on the cellular level. In addition, by continuing to do this comprehensive program through the summer will build up my body 's endurance. Keep working out, one session a time like building the temple, one brick a time. Our body is our temple 🛕 😅🎉

I did 2,022 steps which is 1.14 mi! My heart rate was around the 160’s for most of the time but got up to 180 around the standing bicycle crunches! Very nice work out! I have Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and i was told to do low impact workouts due to my autoimmune disease. Thank you so much for giving me the satisfaction of a workout with the burn but also allowing my body to heal. ❤❤
Just done the 2nd round of the day 😅. While I was doing it, I was thinking, by doing this everyday i will maintain my independence for as long as possible into my old age. Being independent, seating at the driver's seat in life is extremely important to me.
Just did another session 40 minutes after lunch. My dexcom g7 shows 134 with 45 degree up arrow while i was sitting on sofa and reading. I stand up and started to do this routine. 10 minutes later, it shows 117 with a horizontal arrow. After i finish the session, the suger reading is 85. I wear the CGM for health monitoring purpose only so that i won't develop diabetes in my 60s or 70s. This easy, flexible and adjustable, small yet powerful routine helps me to keep my peak after meal blood suger stay within 150. Mission accomplished.
