Kim I love this workout. I am going to start tomorrow night when I have my Nightshift. I am 51 and my body is going through menopause. I have never been overweight but these days a am getting quite the belly. I do night shift 5 nights a week so I will be doing your training 4 nights a week starting tomorrow.
Awesome workout ! Twenty five yes ago I was very fit so today when I started this workout I thought it would be a little bit easier than it was. I've really let myself go but I think from watching other workouts This is the best by far. Thank you for doing what your viewers are looking for❤
