    Just finished the workout and enjoyed it. Coach Kim is excellent, and the exercises are perfect for seniors. The sound on the video needs to be re-balanced, though, because it was difficult to hear Coach Kim over the music. I suspect this video would be a lot more popular if her voice could be heard over the music.
