    You also have the option of working on thru the rest period.

    Really like these low impact exercises. However, I find the rest periods too long, and too frequent, and commercials in between discruptive. I am also curious about your qualifications as trainer. Thanks.

      Hello, continue the exercise thru the break - how easy is that ? Or jog in place, do jumping jacks - maybe you’re too advanced for these workouts? They see perfect for me. I’m 55 and have been doing these Vim & Vigor workouts and they toned me up so nicely I feel like when I was in my thirties. Maybe trust the process ? Good luck !
