Just had a medical procedure done and couldn’t wait to work out again. I struggled with the leg combo. I wish there had been a modification. But, I’ll work up to it. As always, thank you for the videos!! I really appreciate them!
Seem to be hard to get a answer and have no wheres where anyone post there workputs and results 😅 ..anyone been doing there 20 min workoits for a while and get any gains or help with fatloss and muscle ?? Are 2 rounds same time frame each move really enough volume after a while to keep seeing results ..please help also how does your weekly routine look like as i was told i need to follow a program that has enough volume and progressive overload 4 to 5 times a week iv been doing 3 videos not sure if its enough and hutting each muscle group anough.
@@heatherstinson3348 I do these workouts everyday and I definitely notice a difference in my body. I also used these workouts after I had my baby 2 years ago and I am probably in the best shape of my life. They most definitely work!
Use one day for legs, glutes, then upper body, full body. I usually do about 3 of her videos in one day, just because I like to workout longer. Try one of her 33 min videos as well. And alternate between bodyweight and dumbbell workouts.
@@jacintastates6641 wow ok great thaks for replying ! So you workout about an hour a day ? . I started making weekly shedule of 5 days a week ..upper db , cardio ,lower db, core ,fullbody . Not sure if i should take core day out snd and in more strength
@@jacintastates6641 is that lower upoer and full body in 1 day or you mean youll do a couple say upper body one day then a couple lower body another day type
@heatherstinson3348 I do one day all full body, one day leg/glute focused and another day upper body focused, sometimes I'll do all core one day as well, then a day for mobility/yoga. The weekend I usually take for mobility and rest.
