I am homeless right now and I'm doing your workouts. I refuse to allow my current situation to get in the way of taking care of myself like I always did when I had a home. I'm trying to rebuild myself financially after losing so much by making and selling my handmade Totes, pouches, etc. Hopefully I can obtain another home 🏡 in 2025. Of course, I wish it could happen now in 2024. Praying really hard and selling my handmade totes, etc. on the side.🙏🏼 Keep posting these amazing workouts. They not only help me to stay in amazing shape but they are so therapeutic for my sometimes stressful situation.

Terrific workout. Wonderful variety and all of the exercises really hit the mark. I did everything somewhat slower and only finished half of it, but I was careful to concentrate on good posture and form for each routine. It left me feeling good and like I had accomplished something, which I had! Thank you for sharing your gifts.
This was exactly what I needed today. I didn’t feel like working out but I knew I’d feel better if I did, classic me 🙃 I’ve only just got back into working out with weights after many years (kids etc) and I’m really enjoying your videos. Thank you 🙏
Is this also good for men? I'm currently obese and I kinda pay some attention to my leg joints. I did this workout just recently and in my opinion i can actually follow it till the end. Though I'm quiet slow in the stepping jack and W curls
Love the exercises, consistency, and consideration you put into creating each workout video (standing, knee safe, etc.). However, is it possible to maybe use instrumental music? I'm tired of the exercise pages using these hopeless romantic songs. I would rather hear nothing than to keep hearing sis beg for her man to notice her. Just some feedback, still love the workouts :)
