- Follow along and do this very sweaty 20 minute upper body workout using dumbbells. This workout routine is low impact and targets the full upper body including back (traps, erector spinae and latissimus dorsi), chest, arms (bicep and triceps), shoulders, core and abs. This easy to follow resistance training session will help you build muscle, increase your strength, build your endurance, burn fat and calories as well as tone your upper body. Get your mat out and let's get sweating!

I just added this to my routine, which lower body you have that can go well after this exercise? I typically follow your videos and try to do 2 vids daily one morning and another at nights.
You can do any of the lower body exercises, I personally would do one of the new 20 min lower body workout
