Holy WOW!!! I JUST COMPLETED THE ENTIRE THING!!! Even when I wanted to quit at 24%, and then 56%, and 76%!!! And then again at 88%, but I kept pushing and sweating and burning and I FINISHED!!! I love both of y'all srsly TY 😍

Been doing this same workout for a year but added weights to it…… This workout still does it for me….. after your body adjust, I suggest adding weights and it becomes a challenge all over again…… it is definitely an all over workout for me. Thank you for this
I tried this for the first time today. I am beat, but in a good way. It does target all the areas I have concerns with. It will definitely make you sweat. I do the small waist and round bottom twice a week. So, I will incorporate this into my weekly routine on the other days. Mr.&Mrs. Muscle, thank you for putting out quality material. Yes this workout incorporates the whole body so you will feel it else where too. You did a great job this workout is an undercover burner and a full 11 minutes is awesome! If you want to feel your core more focus on activation. Tuck your pelvis inward as if pulling your belly button towards your spine, then close your rib cage making sure to lock the core in. Exhale during the contraction phase of the movement. Keeping the core fully engaged though out is challenging and it’s only normal for fatigue to set in so keep working on it you will get it xx

I still go to school and in summer I get depress lonely and sad but I wanted to change it this summer so I started to look up "20 minute workout" which none of them caught my attention becuase it was so hard to do as a newbie and even though if I did workout I would do it for 1 day and stop. So this summer I am doing workouts and did it for 6 days now I see a little change in my body! Thank you so much for helping my depression and becoming a healthy human-bean. My whole body as a matter of fact feels so much stronger. I paid attention to my form and I only rested on the Sundays in between. loved it, subscribed. This workout was so efficient. I'm wrecked in a good way. Sometimes you berate yourself for being too lazy to work out but it's the getting down on to the floor on to a mat that I wasn't in the mood for. Standing workout was great, loved the count down timer and the clear visual of what's coming next.

Hello I came across you by accident and I love this. I am three months out of my third brain surgery and I am looking forward to something that is challenging but not something that will hurt me.
This is such a great workout. For people that are trying to lose weight as they are doing this make sure ur in a calories deficit. To do that you need to eat and drink fewer calories than what ur burning doing this exercise.

I just started this exercise today. I am 58 yo, and this stand up abs workout seems to be better for me-no floor or jumping around.

loved it, subscribed. This workout was so efficient. I'm wrecked in a good way. Sometimes you berate yourself for being too lazy to work out but it's the getting down on to the floor on to a mat that I wasn't in the mood for. Standing workout was great, loved the count down timer and the clear visual of what's coming next.
Live life like you want to. Not how people want you to. You are your own person. No matter how hard you try to be someone else, it doesn't work... be yourself and that will!

This is such a great workout. For people that are trying to lose weight as they are doing this make sure ur in a calories deficit. To do that you need to eat and drink fewer calories than what ur burning doing this exercise.
