I'm an unfit 64 years old male. Tall, slim but have fairly big stomach. Is this something I can do?
I'm a veteran soldier and used to be quite fit.
Hi, give it a try and take it at a pace you are comfortable with. If you need to take breaks at any point during the workout take them. If you do struggle aim to beat your previous attempt the next time you do it. Fitness is individual so don’t be hard on yourself, you will get fitter and stronger the more you move. Keep an open mind, breath and focus on each movement as you do them. We’ve given modifications on some of the moves so you can use them if you need. Looking forward to hearing how you get on. You’ve got this!!!
