Today was my first day trying this as a 297lb woman, that has come down from 386lbs. Even though I've had some success losing weight, I know I still need to step my game up. So I sought out a full body workout that was gentle on the knees, this was the workout I needed because I was actually able to complete it, and that felt amazing. Even though I was exhausted afterwards, I will continue this workout to see what results I can achieve. Thanks so much for posting.

@@sakshiraturi005 I also do Intermittent fasting where I eat a heavy but healthy breakfast, eat adequate lunch and skip dinner but at dinner time I make the lemon and ginger drink to take before sleeping...It helps cut down fat faster☺.....I hope the same works out for you☺
I've been really stressed about my life being a mess and unproductive so ive decided to change that and one of the things i felt i needed to do is exercise because i am a little overweight for a 14 year old. This workout was kinda easy but I still felt tired and sweaty at the end this is my first time finishing a workout and it made me really happy i still cant believe i did 20+ minutes of exercise and if your life is a mess just like mine is i recommend you to start being productive what helped me the most was watching morning routines and night routines trust me its worth the hard work :))

I started doing this workout in January of this year, and the amount of weight i have lost is still shocking to me, 20mins or so just doing your workouts. On the 3rd month I increase my dumbbells and also now do this workout twice a day. So thank you so much for these quick yet very effective workouts. I tried to do another video by someone else that I used to be able to do. I gained so much weight during quarantine that I’m about 50 pounds heavier than I was. Trying to do that other video was so difficult and discouraging that I stopped halfway though the workout to cry thinking I couldn’t even do anything. I found this video instead and I only did the first 3 rounds but I feel so much better about what I’m able to do. Thank you so much ;-;
It is always amazing how quickly the time flies by with your workouts. I can't believe this was 20+ minutes long, even thought it did make me sweat. Update: (Jan 21, 2024) I've been doing this 7 days straight. First 4 days I cheated by turn the playback speed to 0.75x and extend the rest time to 20 sec 😂😂 But the at day 5, I was amazed myself that I don't need to lower the speed and 10 sec rest is more than enough! This was my day 7, and I'm so motivated 🔥 Brb till day 14! ❤
Just started with this workout myself as i've had chronical pain in my feet/knees for 15 years and trying to find something that works for me has been a chore , had to adjust a few excercises as I lack the strength in my legs to do them properly right now but I actually managed to finnish this so i'm hoping to lose some weight thanks to this (currently 83kg)
That was amazing. I'm soooo out of shape so I needed to start at the beginning. This still pushed me, but I made it through and finished strong. My arms are screaming at me, which is good. Thank you for not including a big speech at the beginning. You jumped right into the workout, no distractions. Nice background, btw. Perfect for what I was looking for.

Today is day 3 of me doing this workout in the morning and walking in the afternoon. This workout today ended well before I was depleted. I still had about two more rounds left in me which is incredible. Day 1 and 2 were so hard.
I am 18 and I have PCOS and I have started to lose weight 2 months ago my heaviest was 89.3 kg and now I am 80.9 kg and I will get to my ideal weight and totally cure my PCOS i started with cardio even after one month I dint see much result but then I started doing weight training along with low carb high protein diet and now I am losing weight I happy then ever.... healthy Lifestyle has just started going to do it the right way

This is a good workout that gets your heartbeat up without over-stressing you. As someone near 60, and new to this, I have to concentrate to perform the moves correctly. As a result I find the music distracting, maybe something slower would be better for this kind of routine. Will add it to my playlist nonetheless.

I am really out of shape due to a sedentary lifestyle/job and some mental health stuff that I've never properly dealt with. I really appreciate you putting this out there (along with your other knee-friendly exercises), will be using these to try and work myself back to being more physically active. (Jan 21, 2024) I've been doing this 7 days straight. First 4 days I cheated by turn the playback speed to 0.75x and extend the rest time to 20 sec 😂😂
But the at day 5, I was amazed myself that I don't need to lower the speed and 10 sec rest is more than enough!
This was my day 7, and I'm so motivated 🔥

Just started with this workout myself as i've had chronical pain in my feet/knees for 15 years and trying to find something that works for me has been a chore , had to adjust a few excercises as I lack the strength in my legs to do them properly right now but I actually managed to finnish this so i'm hoping to lose some weight thanks to this (currently 83kg)
That was amazing. I'm soooo out of shape so I needed to start at the beginning. This still pushed me, but I made it through and finished strong. My arms are screaming at me, which is good. Thank you for not including a big speech at the beginning. You jumped right into the workout, no distractions. Nice background, btw. Perfect for what I was looking for.

Today is day 3 of me doing this workout in the morning and walking in the afternoon.
This workout today ended well before I was depleted. I still had about two more rounds left in me which is incredible. Day 1 and 2 were so hard.
This got me sweating buckets! Can't wait to try other workouts from you!
I am 18 and I have PCOS and I have started to lose weight 2 months ago my heaviest was 89.3 kg and now I am 80.9 kg and I will get to my ideal weight and totally cure my PCOS i started with cardio even after one month I dint see much result but then I started doing weight training along with low carb high protein diet and now I am losing weight I happy then ever.... healthy Lifestyle has just started going to do it the right way

This is a good workout that gets your heartbeat up without over-stressing you. As someone near 60, and new to this, I have to concentrate to perform the moves correctly. As a result I find the music distracting, maybe something slower would be better for this kind of routine. Will add it to my playlist nonetheless.
