This is the first exercise video I was ever able to start in the beginning and actually make it to the end. I was and still am proud of myself. I actually feel like I can do this and get strong to be able to do more advanced routines later on. I just wanted to let you guys know. Thank you!
Living on the third floor I need a workout that can be done in home without upsetting the neighbors. These have been perfect for me!!!

Omg i love it im 290 lbs and i love how you alow those 10 sec to get in the next position so i dont feel discouraged because i cant keep up and ofcourse i cant get up the floor as easy. I im so exited to repeat this routine tomorrow im soo happy i was able to finish all 20 min 🥳🥳😁

I am absolutely LOVING these workouts! Its perfect for me as I am very overweight and just starting my fitness journey. My weight makes it very hard on my knees so this is perfect! I would love a beginners workout plan full of workouts like this!
Another great knee friendly workout!! I'm in love!! I weigh 184 and have osteoarthritis in my knees and these have been great. I did full body workouts yesterday and today. I'll be back tomorrow for an ab workout. I don't know if I missed them but I would love some knee friendly leg and glute workouts! Thank you for these workouts.

Good question. It is a good way to keep you moving, however, You may find it more effective to follow a workout plan that will be designed specifically to work towards your goal(s). They also tend to be more balanced, this will help avoid creating or furthering any imbalances.

My fitness goals are to lose fat and tone up the belly, arms, legs, thighs and hips while losing weight. My goal weight is 175🎉 now 196.

I started full body weight workouts 13 months ago. I've rotated between a couple of your videos and three from three other people. I like yours the best so I've found some more on your channel to follow. I'm not going to bother following anyone else anymore. Thanks for your videos 🙂🙂🙂 I started with 1kg dumbbells in each hand and now just over a year later I'm on 4kg in each hand 😀😀😀

I like that you can adjust these workouts. Do the lunge if you want, increase speed, shorten the rest, etc. and they are a great mix of cardio and strength and leave me confident that 20 minutes is enough vs doing a longer session. Thank you.

Omg you really saved my day. I was so determined to workout today but I was so discouraged because my back hurt from doing a kettlebell workout yesterday. Either I'm unfamiliar with how much my kettlebell should weigh or I was doing the excercise wrongly. If you have any tips for newbies to kettlebells I'll take them. Either way this workout of yours not only enabled me to workout but it also helped my back and eased the pain. I went between medium and moderate weights for the workouts to push myself and I enjoyed it. Thank you! I'm definitely gonna keep doing your workouts. Plus I enjoyed your music. It was also the perfect tempo for your workout.

I got through all the way and used my weights for the punches as well! At first I didn’t feel like anything was happening but now I finished, I definitely feel something. This gives my legs a rest from the endless squats in so many of these vids 😂

It's hard though but effective ;-) Would be great the have an all standing session of kickboxing with no jump no squat no jump btw 30 or 45 min with little weights and a 30 min and 45 min all standing no jumping no repeat no squat no lunges session with weights also. both with interval of (40:10) ;-). if you're short of ideas (i dont think so, lol), you can always get inspiration from this note. It will help people who have knee problems to have a little bit of more choice and get longer session than 20 minutes which is already so great. Thanks for everything. Take care.
