Thank you so much I am 50 plus with bad knees So this helps so much I do many of your excercises but have to skip around due to the knees I work upper by itself I do mat work lower separate because I can not switch to stand then mat I stay up do all upper and then have to go back and do all floor
I absolutely love her workouts. I tore my meniscus during the 30 day challenge, when it heals I plan to do it again until completion. For now I have to avoid lunges, squats and jumping. This was FANTASTIC and totally doable. Thank you!

@MrandMrsMuscle This is the perfect workout for me. My dog drug my down a hill and I'm dealing with Gluteal tendinopathy. This workout works all the necessary muscles to strength my glut and back and has been approved by my physical therapist. Hope to be able to try some of your more advanced workouts in 6 to 12 months.

Wow, this was great to get a sweat on. With your workouts, I am normally done by the 3rd round (lightweight I know!!) but this time I kept pushing and made it to the last round. Even though low impact, really got the body heated and sweaty- thank you!!
I have had my knees operated on in 2010, and the road to no pain walking and exercise has been long and arduous. Brisk walking for more than 2 hours or more than 45 minutes on the elliptical give me knee pain. Your RUclips channel has helped get a bit of my girlish figure back.

I lost 5 lbs in the first 5 days of doing your knee friendly workouts. This helped me break my rut. I do one before breakfast and one after dinner it’s just working for me!

I love this workout And its knee friendly which is even better!! I've been doing this workout along with the 15 minutes AB standing workout and 25 mintues stationary bike workout for the last 3 weeks 3 to 4 times a day and im loving the results. This is my go to full body workout for my summer body baby..lol.
Thank you for another knee friendly, killer workout. I added resistance band for the final set.. and wow does it add even more intensity... My goal is to work up to adding the resistance band for the whole duration of the workout. Thank you for the amazing content you provide!
