    This workout is amazing. I've had 3 knee surgeries with doctor wanting to give me 2 more!! I refused and now I want to be proactive with my own health and weightloss. Thank you so for your videos. They are life changers. God's multiple blessings!!

    I love how mostly your workout videos are only about 20mins. It makes me feel refreshing and not tired, but still make me sweat

    its REALLY HELPFUL when the exercises are listed in the description so we can get a heads up on what the workout entails (some exercises people are unable to do and this allows them to see if a workout is right for them). THANKS for all of your workouts!!

    You are a LIFE SAVER! My knees hate lunges (squats are okayish) and lately they have been bothering me but with your knee friendly playlist, I can work out WITH dumbells and feeling AMAZING without the fear of lunges coming. I love the tabata style also. Thank youuu!

    These home workouts are a great way to stay in shape while in quarantine. You guys make not being able to go to the gym bearable. The workouts are never boring cause there are so many variations. Thank you so much.

    I have just subscribed. I love no impact high energy workouts.
    I have always done them however my days of squats and lunging repeatedly have become difficult. As much as Love them. Arthritis has made it difficult.
    Why I now subscribe to your channel.
    Love the “no talk” video.
    Wish there was a little closure at the end of your workouts. A quick cool down and a see you soon.

    First of all, I just wanna say I *love* your workout because the moves are dynamic and challenge the brain as well as the body.
    I would honestly pay for your workouts if they didn't have music, but still had the timer cues. I like to listen to my own jams!
    Another question I have is, how do I find the workouts connected to short video clips I find on Pinterest and Instagram? Often somebody else has posted short clips of your workouts, without a corresponding link to the full workout. I would love to be able to connect the dots there!
