I got DOMS from yesterdays set with weights plus bands 😂 clearly didn't push myself over the hols, and wasn't in a paranoid plateau. Will be doing this tomorrow, love how my flat my stomach looks these days 😉 thank you
I love low impact!! 😁 I don't have knee problems but it definitely gives me a good workout 💪🏽that doesn't wear my body out too much when my job is physically challenging as well 👌🏽

My hubby and I tried lots of your fun routines. Very happy that these low-impact are available to keep me from regresssing back to jiggles.
I use your low impact knee friendly workouts coz my knees have been operated on due to running daily (overuse!!!!!?????!!!!!$&@&$). So far, these and your ab and core workouts are the bomb!
