I echo the sentiments of Teresa Coleman ,but your latest lower ab workout is what nailed it for me. After 28 years since having my twins and working my lower abs to get rid of that area, I am finally seeing results. I figure if I keep this up for another 6 weeks, my lower abs should be completely flattened. AMAZING. All thanks to you.

I've been doing these workouts for a month or so, especially knee friendly and modified exercises because I suffer back pain and knee problems and I feel so much better, I don't have to wear knee support anymore, I don't wake up from back pain anymore, my body feels more fit and stronger... I have seen more results in doing these workouts than any workouts I have done. I see results like being able to bend to do a burpee, having more endurance,just bending over to tie my shoes without feeling like I'm about to pop an ACL!
I wish these workouts had a round about calorie burn amount it would be nice to know the amount of calories burned...I try to burn a certain amount of calories and if I could add what I burned that would be awesome!I know it depends on the weight and what intensity but it would be nice to know
Calorie burning is very different from person to person and it depends on many variables. Even if they give an estimate it won't be accurate. Best thing to do is to get some kind of tracker like fitbit or any kind of smart watch

The point with targeting your belly fzt is actually NOT targeting your belly fat or rather not just doing boring "500 crunches" workouts but combining cardio elements and other muscle groups with the specifuc ab exercises. And honestly you may get more results out if consistently doing a " 8 min standing ab routine " or a "10 min plank and squat challenge " then doing a longer (25-35) only core targeted workouts with less variety and no cardio...i have had better results from doing ab and butt routine and a intenser 10 min cardio core routine ( soh) together with plank and standing ab routines ( robertson, fitnessblender...) then doing the same 30 min cardio core routine every week for months ! Add if yiu are not a beginner and perform moves with right posture/ form then ADD WEIGHTS however little it will transform your routine and over time your body! Doing 2x a weighted routine including compound moves training both leg back shoulder and core muscles will get you faster results and can rev up metabolism! So with clean eating you will be on your way to lose those last pounds!
People saying that they don't see these kinds of results in the gym....what have you been doing at the gym🤔🤨🧐. Going to the gym to convince yourself that you are working out even though you aren't really doing much or what? Results will come depending on what workouts you do wether it's at home or at the gym or outdoors or wherever.

Nowadays you get really affordable fitness trackers which are very helpful. If I do this tomorrow I'll let you know on avg what my watch says.
