      You sweat so good with the workouts with no jumping. Many of the videos are apartment friendly. I am looking forward to seeing the results.

    I have the weakest knees. Whenever I jump or do squats, or lunges I wake up the next day with stiff knees and ankles and you making such videos which are knee friendly is honestly the best thing that happened to me. I love to work out but almost all the workout videos I watch are not knee friendly even on low impact so thank you.

    I can’t thank you enough for this workout 😩🙏🏼 I recently injured my knee. I have tendonitis and I’m trying to still workout with putting a lot of pressure on it. This was the perfect workout I have ever find for that. My body feels amazing and so does my knee so thank you❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Thanks very much for including kicks and knees in your workouts. I've been doing Martial Arts for several years, but have not gone back to class in awhile because of the risk of Covid 19. These workouts are exercising the muscles that I would be using during a Martial Arts class.

    I echo the sentiments of Teresa Coleman ,but your latest lower ab workout is what nailed it for me. After 28 years since having my twins and working my lower abs to get rid of that area, I am finally seeing results. I figure if I keep this up for another 6 weeks, my lower abs should be completely flattened. AMAZING. All thanks to you.

    Did this for the first time this morning, such a fun and good work out! I am soo sloppy on my kicks though, and need a chair for balance on move 2 but im tryin to not be to hard on myself about it.

    Thank you for this one! It was a good functional movement / balance workout. I’m 56, and while I consider myself in shape, my balance and hip mobility is lacking. This one is good for all ages.

    I've been doing these workouts for a month or so, especially knee friendly and modified exercises because I suffer back pain and knee problems and I feel so much better, I don't have to wear knee support anymore, I don't wake up from back pain anymore, my body feels more fit and stronger... Thank you guys, you helped me more than doctors and medicine

    I have seen more results in doing these workouts than any workouts I have done. I see results like being able to bend to do a burpee, having more endurance,just bending over to tie my shoes without feeling like I'm about to pop an ACL!

    I wish these workouts had a round about calorie burn amount it would be nice to know the amount of calories burned...I try to burn a certain amount of calories and if I could add what I burned that would be awesome!I know it depends on the weight and what intensity but it would be nice to know

      Nowadays you get really affordable fitness trackers which are very helpful. If I do this tomorrow I'll let you know on avg what my watch says.

      Calorie burning is very different from person to person and it depends on many variables. Even if they give an estimate it won't be accurate. Best thing to do is to get some kind of tracker like fitbit or any kind of smart watch

      The point with targeting your belly fzt is actually NOT targeting your belly fat or rather not just doing boring "500 crunches" workouts but combining cardio elements and other muscle groups with the specifuc ab exercises. And honestly you may get more results out if consistently doing a " 8 min standing ab routine " or a "10 min plank and squat challenge " then doing a longer (25-35) only core targeted workouts with less variety and no cardio...i have had better results from doing ab and butt routine and a intenser 10 min cardio core routine ( soh) together with plank and standing ab routines ( robertson, fitnessblender...) then doing the same 30 min cardio core routine every week for months !
      Add if yiu are not a beginner and perform moves with right posture/ form then ADD WEIGHTS however little it will transform your routine and over time your body!
      Doing 2x a weighted routine including compound moves training both leg back shoulder and core muscles will get you faster results and can rev up metabolism! So with clean eating you will be on your way to lose those last pounds!

    People saying that they don't see these kinds of results in the gym....what have you been doing at the gym🤔🤨🧐. Going to the gym to convince yourself that you are working out even though you aren't really doing much or what? Results will come depending on what workouts you do wether it's at home or at the gym or outdoors or wherever.

    How to plan workouts ,want to do for seprately for but,belly or full body wotkout,how many days we want to do set of excercise otherwise we can do alternatively ,by which we get results
