I've tried several workouts on your channel over the last 3 weeks since working full time again, and I can totally see more definition in my arms and booty. Even my spouse today was like "dang, look at your arms!" So much love and respect for this channel

This workout is part of my workout plan. I will do this workout 3 days a week for a month, changing weight when needed. I also am doing another cardio workout for 3 days. I am looking forward to seeing the results. This is day 8 of a 75 day challenge. I am wondering though, how often should I change up my workouts to keep my body challenged? Stay tuned

I suffer with patellofemora tracking syndrome and so jumping, lunges and lots of squats turns into tendonitis and ligament tears very easily. I LOVE THESE WORKOUTS. Thank you for thinking of us who love working out but can't do majority of the generic HIIT moves. PLEASE DO A MONTH LONG KNEE FRIENDLY PROGRAMME!!!
