I LOVE the 20 and 15 minute workouts! I usually combine them to make an hour's worth. I live in my camper and these workouts are perfect for tight spaces with no jumping! Keep it up, please 🙏 👏
After being told by my physical therapist that no squats , jumps or lunges until my knee gets stronger I felt that I could not workout at all. Most workouts all have squats , lunges too much knee bending. I am so glad I find this video. Now I follow you. Do you have any program / videos to follow for fat burn/weight loss without squats, lunges, jump? I am supper interested! Thanks for this amazing video

I have a few of your videos saved. This is the best one so far for beginning and wanting a full body burn. I left this workout heavily sweating and could feel the full body burn in 20 mins!!
Recently changed from furniture moving to a more sedentary job. Have tried a few of your videos, but this one gets the best burn. I use ankle weights and 2x 4wd D shackle. No rest breaks.
OMG!! Haven't done this particular workout in a few weeks AND I totally forgot how awesome and DRENCHING it is!! I am completely soaked, hair is saturated!! I feel amazingly exhausted!!! AND invigorated=)) Thanks Mrs. Muscle!!

I work out 5 to 6 days a week and this one took me out! I do Zumba , weights and I'm a runner. By round three, I was screaming come on bird dog because I needed a break! Enjoyed every second of it.

Would appreciate if you told us how heavy the weights should be? I only have a pair of 3-lb dumbbells at home so that's what I use for my strength training days.
i think the weights should vary according to individuals' fitness levels. i'm using a pair of 3kgs (6.6 lbs, i think?) for arms and 16kg for the deadlifts
I only have a 3, 5, and 10 pound and I use the 10 pounds for deadlifts , and bicep curls and over head press and other and I use my 5 pound for other types so it depends on your fitness level
I am 73 years old and this exercise session kicked my butt, but I got through it and I felt great afterwards. I Will definitely do it AGAIN.
