I love all of your workouts. However, this one is my favorite. The low impact knee friendly is what I go to. This one had me sweating with I love. That you. The floor one was challenging 😅
I definitely didn't think I'd sweat as much as I did with this 'low impact' but 'Surprise!' lol. Thank you for all you do to keep pushing these workouts out.
