I hope you can read these so I know that you know how much I appreciate your workouts more than anything. I have been doing abs and core for months and now switching it up to ones like this video and others with losing weight, belly fat and other core or ab stuff. It's been maybe 4 or 5 months since starting your workouts and I'm in love and it's been actually working great. I have graves disease at the moment for a while now but it was official with a blood test march and I'm having lots of crazy symptoms. Even though it's somewhat stuff that need some strength to do I'm still able to do it even though there was a point I got really weak but I got through. You've helped me lose weight and keep in shape and healthy and I'm so thankful. Thank you again for your wonderful workouts. I hope you see this so u know how much I appreciate you once again.
Since I started the challenge, Day 5 has been the most difficult! I was done after two rounds but I pushed myself to finish. I am not giving up! Summer Body 2021 LOL
I was just able to hold the plank for the full time on the 4th round! Haven’t physically been able to work out in a few years, and it feels so good to be back on track! Thanks so much for these amazing workouts!!
Day 5 done!! God, my hands and legs were so uncoordinated doing the Dead Bug. It looks so simple but my brain couldn't program opposite limbs working together. Only got it right in Round 4 😅. Still a great workout...looking forward to tomorrow!! Great job to all those who are crushing this!! 👊🏾
Day 5 done on day 5 of a 2 week "lockdown" here in BC Canada. Thanks for helping keep me and a group of friends connected and healthier through these videos. We send an "after" pic to prove we did it. We play the rules; if you miss a day you have to post something embarrassing online. Pretty fun!
Today is Day 5-round 2 of this challenge. Just like the first time around, this is the most difficult day. Noticeable changes, I went from one lunge to 2-3 lunges. I went from one burpee to 2 Burpees, I was able to hold my planks longer and complete the oblique twist with fewer breaks. Most challenging by far but still pushed myself to complete it!
I wish the workouts wouldn't automatically cut from one to the other. It'd be nice to see her do the transitions with us between each workout cause that DEFINITELY does NOT only take 10 secs
Day 1 done Day 2 done Day 3 done - arm day. i enjoyed the last 2 days workout more~! Day 4 done - so much easier than yesterday! almost skipped today but i did not. see you guys tomorrow on day 5! Day5 done - literally just cried because of the stress to lose weight before this workout, and still i finished it. the t raise got me shaking out of breath. will update tomorrow. keep moving forwards guys!
I know for a fact I am going to repeat this entire challenge again!! I love that it does not require any equipment and when I can, I add ankle weights too
just started this.. 5 days ago.. I was doing other exercises on this channel and I decided let me do this challenge even though months behind but wow.. this one is the hardest one I've done so far. these exercises are the bomb. showing some love from Canada - keep them coming
Day 5 ✔ I done this with day 6 as I had missed a couple of days. Managed to do full high plank in all 4 rounds. Thought I would have to go to my knees from the 3rd round. So upper body strength getting better.
I really didn’t want to workout today, but the comments really motivated me. I wanted to quit throughout the whole thing, but I pushed through and kept telling myself it’s only 30 seconds, you can do it. I made it through the entire workout and I feel amazing. I’m so proud of myself! 😁 Remember to take it step by step. Focus on the now and you can make it through the entire thing! It’s just 30 seconds! 😊
Day 1 ✅ Day 2 ✅ Day 3 ✅ Day 4 ✅ 1/2 (period pain) Day 5 Finished the other half of day four and about to finish day 5 ✅ So far just sore from the workouts but it feels nice to have something for sure planned to do everyday. Wish the cuts from workout to workout were cleaner and gave a little more time to get ready for the next exercise but this is from four years ago. Doing this on top of burning 500cal per day on the treadmill and trying to eat better since I’m on the line of being overweight for my age and height
It's been extremely hard to stay motivated to exercise, but your videos really make it easy to get all sweaty and moving! I've done 1-5 already and I'm already noticing some changes! Thankq for making these videos, I'm really looking forward to tomorrow's vid!
LOVING ALL OF THIS! So happy I found your channel and this challenge! It's been maybe 2 years or more since I've worked out and I told myself it's about time to stop feeling so tired and weak all the time and I found this. Love how you're seemingly preparing us for more difficult moves in the coming days. I was so proud of myself on day 4 when I was able to a actually hold the low planks without giving in. Plus, I can see the results...just wish I had taken a before picture. Thank you for your creative moves that I know are working several parts of my body at once and keeps my body guessing. 🔥👊💪💯❤

It's 2021 & I am so happy I found your page one month ago! I started with the 30 day challenge & am now doing this. I love the timer, the music, the aesthetic, & the variety of workouts! Super grateful to finally* find workouts that push me and that I enjoy!
Day 5: some of the exercises were so difficult i couldnt follow,but i did the similar exercises instead of them Im glad that im here in the day 5,i hope it really works and all of us lose weight 🔥🔥
Day 3 was hard. I can see a sorta pattern though! Yesterday seemed like a ton of abs and arms, today (day 3) seemed like a lot of legs and abs. These work amazing because I’m soaked in sweat but I have gotten done every exercise of these 3 out of 14 days and I plan to keep going! I can tell it’s working amazingly because everyday my abs, arms, legs are all sore! I love feeling sore after working out w this channel! Thank you!

DAY 5!! DONEE . It wasn't taht tough for me but my energy drained in last round . Overall , loved it ❤. For those who are giving upp just remember you are a winner and winners nevet quit . Whenever you feel like quiting just remembr your goal to be slim and fit. I know it is very hard at starting you guyzz are able to this 20 min workout but for me in starting it was even tough to to do just a simple 8 min workout . So u are guyzzz are at a good track just keep on going ❤
Today was hard!!! I couldn't I do a regular lunge. I did the modification and it worked. I couldn't do the burpee so I did half push ups instead. I hope that was okay. I couldn't do the dead bug because of my hand eye coordination but I did bicycle crunches. My legs are weak. I made it all 4 rounds.
Hiya, yes added resistance will.so feel free to add it where you like. If doing body weight really focus on form and range. Typically adding weight can reduce the depth of the movement so if you feel like your form is compromised do body weight instead. Almost half way now 🤗 keep crushing it x
Day 5 ~ DONE!! o.k. you kicked my butt these last 5-ish days, I take measurement results tomorrow morning ...... will up date on day 6 "comments". I feel so good, I feel my muscles tightening up also. I've missed them soooo haha
