    I am loving your workouts, everyone else is killing the legs with squats and lunges. It's so refreshing to do somethinh different. Especially when you don't want bigger thighs 🙏

      I know right? I naturally have big thighs and I bulk up fast around my butt and thighs so these are great

    i have been doing this workout for a week and goddamn! this is so good. i feel like a new person, I am building muscle and I am losing weight! thank you for this. P.S: I'm loving the knee friendly workouts because my knee is very weak because i had an operation. love this!

      @@sarahryan4691 once a day girl! that will be completely enough! don't over-exercise, it will just kill your motivation. its a good sweat just once a day! if you feel like you are not doing enough and wanna do more, just take a walk. walking is such an underrated exercise, you burn a lot of calories while doing it.

      Same! I have knee problems on both the knee I had surgery in one due to ligament tear including 2 small bones broken from the patella due to dislocation and now I have patella alta in the other knee its very difficult for me and I don't want to do surgery on it cuz on the other leg i can only bend upto 90° n not completely till 120° so to lose weight I cant do any squats or straining exercises. I m sorry for rambling 😭

    When my knees are still giving me trouble and I'm time-pressed, 20 minutes doesn't seem long... until I actually do the workout! Then, I feel like I've worked out for ages. GREAT WORKOUT - THANK YOU!

    OMFG. I set myself UP. I was looking for a easy afternoon workout (I usually workout during the day... and wasn’t able to today).... My dumb self ASS-UMED (see what I did there lol) that this would be easier because it was low impact. what I got was 20 minutes of 🔥🔥. My deltoids are on FIRE and I am SWEATING FRFR! ❤️ I forgot about the very last set of bicycle crunches and cussed my way through the entire set. This is a good one!

    I am so grateful for this , i have flat feet , so jumping ,squats and lunges straight up damage my knees and tears my foot tendon due to shock , it kinda made me depressed that even if i want to i won't have a toned body , but running each day and this workout has made me so much like what i wanted to be !

    This was a great workout! I am a mom of two and have a really busy work schedule so I always look for 20 min workout to do after I put my kids down and this was great!

    I just found your channel yesterday! I love it! I have a lot of problems with migraines and neck issues that make it hard for me to exercise. A lot of different moves are triggering. I did a HITT workout from another channel a few days ago that was no jumping but I started getting a headache anyway (I think it was the vigorous arm swinging) Your workouts are great! I don't find them triggering any pain points in me and they help me work up a sweat. I love that they are no talking and that everything is so well organized. Thank you!

    I am suffering from a knee injury and I haven't started going for physiotherapy so I've been on the look out for anything that doesn't hurt my knee even further but every other knee friendly workout video always involve squats and lunges that just makes my knee hurt even more, I'm so glad I found your videos!!

    Just finished this workout WOW!. This one was deceptive. Went through the first two rounds and thought this was going to be entirely manageable (no sweat) then came round 3 and it became one heck of a challenge, not to mention round 4. I found myself thinking ahead to the next 10 second break which is something I never do. Well Done I enjoyed the challenge.
