I workout 6 days a week since they’re only 20 minutes long - three days on/one day off). My thighs are more defined. My glutes are slightly bigger. I want my arms more defined, so I need to get heavier weights (currently using 15lb dumbbells).
These workouts are great! Did this one this morning - feel great. Thank you so much for putting these together…for someone like me, who can’t commit extra funds to a gym membership, the convenience of being able to follow these for free is a lifesaver! 🙏🏼

All this time I have been following you and asking for knee friendly sessions, I just realized that I can just take all the exercises you give that are knee friendly and combine them into one great workout for myself. DUH! Thank you for all the great techniques!
That is definitely something you can do. Most upper body and ab & core workouts are more gentle on the knees as they are not the focus but you can also try our knee friendly workouts, low Impact and standing only workouts. It is definitely nice to know or have a general idea so I recommend getting a fitness tracker/ heart rate monitor that can give you a better insight to your personal workouts.
