I want to say a huge thank you for your new workout❤! Each of them makes me happy and fills me with energy! You inspire me to achieve my goals! Keep up the good work, I'm waiting for new videos! 😊💪🎉
I got back into working out because of your amazing videos and for the first time I am actually motivated to keep going. Two months in and getting better and better! 🥳 Thank you!! ❤️❤️
Just a suggestion. Every now and again could you do one that does not include forward, back or jumping lunges? I know those are leg day staple, but I can't do those due to Cerebral Palsy. I don't wanna have to skip through that part of your videos. I wanna be able to do them all the way through without skipping. Or maybe provide an alternative to the lunges.
Hi, definitely noted ❤️🙏🏽 In the meantime Give these a try. ruclips.net/p/PLfj4lZyPiNakHnwM70szo85SIbhACqdWB&si=QqME8uQQV7dkKIXm Hopefully they are helpful. Would love to hear how you get on with these 🙏🏽
Wow I love the editing because it actually tell us which muscles are targeted. As a beginner I have a question that is maybe dumb but is this workout ok if my goal is to gain weight?
Hi, typically storing fat in these areas is due to lifestyle habits and hormone imbalances there are many things you can address to help balance things out. Try to keep it as simple as you can so it’s sustainable for you and go at a pace that you can stick with. 1. Diet: eat high fiber foods, healthy fats and protein and avoid foods that spike your blood sugar and give you insulin sensitivity or are harder for your body to digest ( reduce or avoid processed, fried and high sugar foods. Also be mindful of foods that cause reactions in your body, we don’t always respond well to very fruit or veg and may have food intolerances that can cause stress, inflammation and bloating). 2. Move your body in and outside of your workouts. Daily movement helps with overall calorie expenditure among other things. Go for a walk and stretch on active rest days. This will help you stimulate circulation, your lymphatic system and prevent toxin build up and tightness in the body. 3. Get a regular dose of vitamin D. Try going outside for at least 15-30 mins a day. Being in nature is very healing. 4. Make a workout schedule that suits you. You can try our app (www.mrandmrsmuscle.com) for a pre made calendar(s) or you can follow any program there or alternatively you can build your own workouts and stretches. ( When choosing your workouts opt for full body exercises that cover the bigger muscle groups. For muscle strength and tonation add at least one focused leg and glute day). You can gradually add more focused workouts once you have a routine or if you want to progress things. 5. Get good sleep. (Go to bed when you naturally get tired, this may be hard due to lifestyle but sleeping at the right time or when your body signals that it needs it is a game changer). 6. Reduce stress in your life. This one is tricky but you can find ways to regulate 🙏🏽 I hope this is helpful ❤️ All the best x
It won't let me reply to my original comment. I'm the gal with Cerebral Palsy. Just so you know I have several of your knee friendly workouts in my fitness playlist. Thank you for replying to me.
I want to start working out on a regular basis with and without weights. I need to loose like 30 lbs and I’m the heaviest in my abs, thighs, and arms. I am a beginner but I don’t know where to start. Can you PLEASE give me suggestions on where to start with your workouts and how often I should do them?
