I had a late start this morning so this workout was great to do right before getting the kids up. It was sweaty and intense. I’ve burned 95 cal using 7 pound weights.
This video was amazing! Challenging enough to work up a sweat but not discouraging to a beginner due to have to do modified versions!

Hi Katy, what’s out of sync?
Red Timer = Rest period (my movement during this time is to demo the next exercise).
Black Timer = Active (my movement resets)
The two are separate.
So a little confused at what isn’t syncing for you?
Would love to help if you can elaborate.
@@Mrandmrsmuscle Hi, the 'beep' audio is out of sync with the visuals - not sure if this a UK streaming issue? I watch a lot of similar fitness channels and this is the only one it happens with - and it has happened with everyone of your videos. By the end of a 20 min video, there is a 8-10 second lag. I try and ignore it because the workouts are fantastic! But it is rather off putting and by the end the video cuts out early (in time with the audio not the visual)
