    This was a great workout!! I used my Kettlebell for some of the moves. Can you guys create a Kettlebell workout that would be great?

    Perfect timing. I missed my Friday and Saturday workouts. I’m going to do this twice tomorrow....minus the wide mountain climbers. 😂

      Hi, I can’t (yet) do wide mountain climbers on the floor . I saw a modification in another work out. hold my palms down and arms straight onto a sturdy chair seat and bend my knees in and out to touch the chair. Hopefully I can build core strength this way.
