Hi, I can’t (yet) do wide mountain climbers on the floor . I saw a modification in another work out. hold my palms down and arms straight onto a sturdy chair seat and bend my knees in and out to touch the chair. Hopefully I can build core strength this way.
My 10 year old daughter wants to exercise because she is 10 kilos overweight. She likes to watch your videos and wants to make them but adapted to her and I would like to know if it would be good for her.
