Another excellent workout! This one uses a lot of core/stabilizing muscles which is great! Love the channel! Thank you for putting these 20 minute workouts together, they are perfect for a quick one before work or I double up when I have extra time!
Yours has been my go to channel during the cold weather months, when I use an adjustable dumbbell set. In the warm weather, I move my workouts outside with my kettlebells, and I'm sad that you don't have kettlebell routines! One suggestion, and I may be in the minority--I would love it if your stopwatch cues were louder. I turn the music down but if it's at the volume that I'd prefer, then I don't hear the beeps.

It’s our pleasure. All of the above are great ways to progress these workouts. It’s all down to you and what feels good. You can start off by Adding an extra round and see how you go. This is great especially if you don’t have access to many weight options.
Hi here I’m using 7.5 and 5kg dumbbells. Because the rest period is short you don’t need to go crazy heavy but you still what to challenge yourself. Try playing around with a few weights to see how you go if it’s too much you can always reduce the weight during the exercise or in the next round.
