Been doing this for less than a week but already enjoying it. Thanks a lot Emi and your Mom for making this both fun and achievable. My left knee has a slight pain which started only last month. I am 74 and knee pain could be part of life's wear and tear. I think this exercise is doing good not only for my self esteem but for my knee as well. Keep up the good work!!!

I am 36 years old and have had multiple sclerosis since 2014 and since that time, and I have not committed any kind of exercises, unfortunately, but two weeks ago I followed a video that you gave about burning arm fat and committed to it daily, and today I did the exercises in this video And I liked it because the quality of the exercises is not stressful for my body. Hi Emi, I just wanted to thank you for your videos! I got started watching you in Jan 2020 doing in-bed ab exercises and 15 min beginner!! XD now I can do Commando and Spiderman plank for almost the whole 45 seconds straight! Thank you for providing videos that let me ease back into working out whenever I’ve fallen off, so now I can say I work-out regularly and it’s a part of my lifestyle! Not just something I’ll do for a little while, but something I can do my whole life no matter how much I can do.
