    I am only on my first week of the 20 minute walk and love it. I am 78 years old and I am very grateful for this gorgeous girl and her mum.

    I started your 20-minute walk last week. So far, I only missed one day. I am 80 years old and was not brought up with exercise and I really genuinely dislike to work out. So I took what I thought would be the shortest and easiest workout to do. I still struggle to turn on my iPad in the morning but I am proud when I have done the 20 minutes, thanks to you. I will graduate to one of your other programs once I am fully competent with this one. Thanks again to you and your inspiring mom.

      Same here...I had a fracture in toe finger 3 months back...but wearing shoes and having a walk makes my finger pain...but your moves didn't make me so struggle and have pain ...at the same time I had sweated a lot...

    Dear Active Mom and Daughter, Thank you so much for your series of videos. A year ago, I could run, skip, dance like a kid, then I took a bad fall and broke my leg bones just above my ankle. I am 76 years old, and lost a lot of ground in muscle mass, strength, coordination, breathing capacity. I found your videos this week, and they are just perfect for where I am at. I can already tell that I am getting stronger and more coordinated. I love how you two interact. Great support for each other, lovely.

    I love this! So happy I found it. I started it just 3 weeks ago. I am 64 years old and would rather walk in place during many days of bad cold weather in the Northeast. I love that it is not just 20 minutes of walking in place. such a variety with the 4 different sets (done 2x each) - the 20 minutes fly by! i started out with the 10 minute walking in place for several weeks. I love the mother and daughter team. I smile a lot during this due to their friendly voices. I do this every day before I leave for work - I didn't think I could do it - no time, etc. but I found the time, now if there is an occasional day I can't do it, I hate the feeling that I didn't do it! THANK YOU!! If anyone is hesitant to try it don't be. you will love it.

    SO glad I have discovered you. I am 89 years old and have done at least one of your three walking workouts every day. Love the banter between you and your mom. I walk AT LEAST 6,000 steps EVERY day. Have gone79 days without missing my 6,000+ steps, more often 7,000 or 8,000 steps a day. What I don't do with you I do outside no matter what the weather.

    After doing the warm up exercises, I would do the 10 minute walking workout, but today I went to the 20 minute walking workout and I did it! I didn't know I had the strength or stamina to finish it or ever keep up with you young ladies. But I did and I am so proud of myself. Even my bad knee didn't stop me from doing it.     So happy I came across your channel!! With my chronic pain and fibromyalgia, I’m very limited in exercises I’m able to do but your video didn’t cause more pain and made me feel accomplished since I’m able to complete it! LOVE THIS!!! ♥️

    Today is my first day and I’m 58 years old and haven’t been active for a very long time. Weight gain didn’t help. This was great and watching your mom do this inspires me to do this too. Feels great and plan on doing this workout at least once a day. Thank you so much.

    I knew nothing about exercise and had no interest in it, then my church needed someone to fill in with a Senior citizens group that meets once a week and they do exercise. I was asked to try leading the ladies and after I reluctantly accepted the challenge, I found your channel and let me tell you, I love you and your mom's routines and so does my group. You got me up and moving and now I'm eating healthy and taking a bigger position at the church for this group of wise ladies. Thank you so much God Bless!

    Good afternoon Miss Iko and April, I wanted to let you all know that you all have been helping me alot. I have not fallen any more. Earlier this year when I went to my Primary Care Doctor I showed him your RUclips. He told me to keep up the good work. So I wanted to Thank you all very much. I even have my best friend doing the exercises. I have osteoporosis. My Rheumatologist said that maybe some of these exercises may help me. I also wanted to let your Mother know that she reminds me of my Mother. My mother passed away in 2016. My mother was very energetic. So was my Father. He passed away in 2000. I even have my 3 cousins doing your RUclipss. I pray for both of you. God bless you all.

    I am 50, but have been chronically ill for about 10 years. About the only exercise I can tolerate is going for walks, so now that it is winter, I always struggle with what to do since it is too cold to walk outside. This video is exactly what I needed!       I’m 72, and just this fall I started to walk a path around a few blocks in my neighborhood. I hated it. My legs ached, and even listening to music didn’t make it better, I was bored.
      Then, due to circumstances I had to stop the walk. I decided to try RUclips.
      Finding April and ‘yes2next’ has saved me. I might mix a couple of shorter videos, or do 20 minutes. I like knowing the # of steps I’m doing.
      Cardio, working more of my body than just my legs, getting my heart rate up, fat burning, it’s all so much more pleasant.
      April’s whole style is uplifting. Having her encourage us as we go makes it so much better.
      I look forward to getting up to those longer videos. But, like April says,”You’re moving.”
      I thank April and her sweet mom. I finally have a positive feeling about myself, and hope for my progress.

    Just love you ladies. Glad i found a exercise that works with my needs. Yesterday, I felt so good after warm up and 20 minute walk. I painted my door in my apartment and painted extra 4 doors. You mother and daughter rocks. This really helps me😅

    Thank you so much for doing this! I'm on a weight loss journey, sometimes get fairly significant anxiety. This slower pace allows me to still move my body for 20 minutes without triggering my anxiety too much. Thank you!

    When I don't want to go out to walk, face the car noise or trucks going by, or face the weather, or just having to see other people, or I am having an agoraphobic day, in general, I just put one of Iko and April's workout videos and I am positively bucked-up, more confident and head on outside later. These two are gems and I sort of bask in their sunny reflexions. I really believe these folks care and that's good feeling to have in this day and age.

    I did the beginner’s exercise the other day and I need a little challenge so I started this 20 min walking exercise and I feel good. I has arthritis and I have an excuse that when I exercise my knee will hurt more. I did not have knee pain and I will continue doing this with you guys. Thank you.

    I am 70 yearsold and did your 20 minute and 15 minute workout this morning - could not get outside for my 4-mile walk because of storms.These are great and so motivating.
    My husband has Parkinson’s but the walking videos are easily adaptable for someone who uses a walker but needs to sit in a chair while excercising. He does chair yoga, but will love your videos when he can’t get outside for a walk.Thank you!!!!!!

    After a mild stroke a year ago, I have found these exercises great. I am 84 years old and try to keep myself fit. I started off with the 10 Minute Walk and have gradually increased it. I try to push myself a little, but if it is too much I just drop it back. It has really helped my rehabilitation.

    Yep this has been really great the 10 min is also good. I’ve had a few medical issues and this has been the perfect get back into the groove workouts. Your explanations are great and your mom is a hoot. Just got my mother in law engaged in the hand exercises to hopefully help with carpal tunnel. Also enjoy the posture one wish you’d take us through the whole rotation if that exercise. Keep them coming.

    My doctor warned me that if my cholesterol didn't improve by my next blood work, I would be but on high cholesterol meds. Thanks to you, 3 months later, my cholesterol not only improved, it's now normal! I'll be keeping up your videoes. They are doable, don't leave me feeling nauseous, easy to make into a habit i actually enjoy, and best of all, they actually work. I'm so happy because I dreaded that medication after hearing so many bad side effects. I am really beginning to feel like I like myself and not so ashamed. I can pick up my toddlers and not feel like I'm going to have a heart attack.

    I'm a young 69-year-old old and I used to exercise, but I now have osteoarthritis in my hip and a dodgy shoulder. I needed something not too strenuous. I'm so pleased I came across your site. I started with your 10 min walking workout, now I am on to your 20 min walking workout. I work from home so throughout the day I stop to do another 10 min walking workout which keeps me active and away from the computer sitting all day. It fits into my day and thank you for these great workouts, I love your mum doing these with you, thank you again from the UK

    I really like your walking workout because your music is soft, and you don't do a lot of pep talking during the exercises. Some teachers are cute with all their enthusiatic pep talks, but I prefer your quieter setting. You and your mom's interaction is sweet, and encouraging to others, no doubt.

    My husband and I are just beginning you workouts. We are both in our late 70's. My husband has had a knee replacement and is ready to undergo his second in September. I have been searching for something we could do together. This is perfect! We both just want to build our strength and recover some of those muscles we used to use all the time.     Thank You for doing this I am 63. I have a bad back along with a few other health issues. I am trying to get back in some sort of shape. I have some stretching exercise videos. I needed something to mix it up. I love walking around my neighborhood. Sometimes it’s way too hot! I am in Texas with 100 degree weather already in the month of May! I have been looking for a good alternative and I enjoyed this. Love it even more that you have your mother with you. I have to say that when I walk in my neighborhood I am not getting the arm exercising. I think if I was moving my arms around while walking I would have people calling the police 😂😂. I have a treadmill but I do not enjoy it. I prefer doing the different moves. Also a lot of the walking videos are pretty aggressive even the beginner ones. This video will help me move when It’s too hot and it will help me walk when I don’t want to 😂

    I am enjoying these workouts. I love the interaction of you and your mom. She is a beautiful lady for her age and in good shape, so it’s encouraging to me. As I’m just 63 but my hopes and goals are to be agile and active all the days of my life.

    I’ve been doing the warmup video with a 10-min work-out video for the last couple of months... Today I decided to venture into the 20 minute walk video... No problem getting all the way through! Hallelujah!!! Thanks for your help in getting me moving!

    Im 64yo and havnt been in workouts since, have lost count. I found your mom/daughter videos and tried it out. I find them very engaging. I dont tire easily (guess the result of loosing those hormones and out of excercise for a long time) and it keeps me engaged.
    I will be following and make sure to workout with you.

    Just done 5 consecutive days and I am enjoying it. I like this team. Her voice is quite soothing, and I find a can do it and I think i feel better for it. I am 75 yrs old. I shall progress to more workouts with this lady.

    Hi ladies. Im a 62 year old lady. I started using your videos during Covid, just for exercise, and really enjoyed doing them. The non judgmental presentation whereby you let us choose our own pace etc, is so supportive and helps me to keep going. In January this year I had an accident and damaged my knee, & have found some of the knee / leg strengthening exercises very helpful for rehabilitation. 8 months later the knee is much improved.     I had a TIA on February 13. Thankfully it was mild but really woke me up , I now am up to the 20 minute and the warm up video. Can’t wait to do the others. Your mom and you are amazing. Thank you for getting this couch potato up and moving. Working towards the dance video 😅.

    Struggling after hip replacement I added your yes to next exercises into after care and my physio therapist can’t believe the change in my physical ability improvement I am nearly 80 years old and can’t thank you enough I follow you everyday 💖👍🏻👏
