My doctor said I had to walk 30 minutes daily. I tried walking outside but was exhausted after 10 minutes (I am very , very out of shape). I found these videos and started doing the 5 minute walking workout. I am now on week 3 and doing the 15 minute workout and it's not too bad. Thank you, April and Mom, for making this a lot easier for me.

I get around good but get very little exercise. Your videos are awesome but when I watch you on my TV. I can’t like or comment for some reason so I go to my iPad and like and subscribe.

I'm actually in my 30's but I have a lot of various chronic illnesses. I do your workouts on days when the exhaustion is really bad and it's the right amount of moving without pushing myself too hard.

:-) That's the way to do it. I love that you don't let your not so great days keep you from moving. For years I used my chronic foot pain as an excuse to keep me from getting the exercise I needed. Since finding these woman I have lost weight and am now healthier mentally and physically. Keep it up!

My favorite thing about your videos is that there isn't overpowering dance music, I just mostly hear your voices. When there's dance music, my brain wants to keep in rhythm SO BAD, so if my body can't keep up, I just give up a few minutes in. I love that you encourage viewers to go at their own pace, it's what keeps me coming back. Sometimes I can keep in step with you and sometimes I can't, but it's the effort that makes it worthwhile, regardless of the pace. Thank you so very much!

I am 68 about to turn 69 and finally fully retired - great timing for discovering your series. They are perfect for me as this year I chose the word “intentional” as my theme for 2024. It’s lovely to have some 10-minute options and then longer increments. Some days 10 minutes is all I can face doing LOL. Those are the days when I know we will have a good half hour walk - a nice, ice-free walk. And other days 15 minutes is perfect. Often I will jog in place rather than walk - it’s an easy step up for cardio and steps. Your pace is lovely and I appreciate your reminders to breathe! Haha! It’s odd how when you do I realize I need a good, deep breath! I enjoy the mama/daughter banter too. You guys are wonderful. Thank you so much for making it easier for me to integrate purposeful movement into my days❤️

Hello just wanted to thank you both. I am 54 years old under 5 feet and need both my knees replacement. I have a desk job and my knees get very stiff. I'm 87 and enjoy this 15 minute workout very much. I live in a small country town in Adelaide South Australia and most days am able to exercise outdoors under our verandah where I can breath in the clear early morning air and listen to the magpies warbling to me while I do my workout! Hello from Tucson AZ! This is my 3rd year participating in the yes2next exercise programs. I love the fact that I can exercise for 15 minutes 10 minutes or a half an hour here in my home. Don’t need any equipment. Don’t need to get in the car. Don’t need to drive anywhere… especially because it’s 108° later this week🌻🔥🌻 I always laugh at least once each session and love the care, compassion and love shared between the two of you. Thank you for all that you do to help us. I’m 74. You have helped me stay mobile in the last three years.,and set goal of finding a hotdog stand and walked to it😊

After being so sedentary during and after the pandemic, I didn't "feel" like working out. I will be 68 this summer, and your walking workouts have kept me inspired. I like that you add arms, making it more of a total body workout-more aerobic. Thank-you for doing this. I have graduated to your 20 minute walk and feel so much better. I plan to move to the thirty minute workout soon, and see you even have a 50 minute, which is my goal by May. Great job!! Inspiring!

When I opened my iPad to start my morning workout, your new cardio workout showed up front and center. So of course had to try it! Thank you 😊. Another wonderful workout. Thank you for pointing out that it's a struggle for a beginner coordinating those arms with the feet. I was trying to remember to keep my ears, shoulders, and hips in line, to keep good posture and form, to keep my abdominals tight, and then the arms too, and breathing, and it's too much at first. I thought it was just me, so I am so glad you mentioned it! The 15 minutes went by so fast. I am doing this one again (and again). Love your momma, and I don't feel bad now trying to figure out which way to move and coordinate the arms too, seeing momma struggle let me know once again, it isn't just me. She finally got it, and so did I!

I'm going to be 69 in 3 months and after the pandemic, I have gained weight and stopped exercising. I just found this and I love your channel. I tried this workout today. It was great for me. I have a knee replacement and had no problems doing this. Going to do one each day.

3/25/24: I’ve been following April and Aiko for 3 months now, and I have lost weight and my legs and arms are stronger. For beginners, don’t stress if it is hard to get the moves down right away. Your muscles have “muscle memory,” so when you practice, it becomes easier to coordinate the arm and leg movements. I was surprised at how much I was challenged at first. Just “keep moving” like April says, and you will improve. Thanks April and Aiko, I love your channel!

I chose this video today for my first workout since recovering from COVID. It seemed like the right length and pace to begin on. It was about 1,700 steps for me today, and I got a little winded about 10 minutes in, but I kept going. I think I might stick with this one for the next couple of days in the hope that I will be able to complete it more easily each day and then build up from there.

I love these videos. I’m 75 and generally very fit but I had foot surgery summer of 23 and was totally off my feet for 2 months. I couldn’t believe how much strength I’d lost. I found these because I’m looking to get fitter for cross country skiing and I love them so thankyou😊

My doctor said I had to walk 30 minutes daily. I tried walking outside but was exhausted after 10 minutes (I am very , very out of shape). I found these videos and started doing the 5 minute walking workout. I am now on week 3 and doing the 15 minute workout and it's not too bad. Thank you, April and Mom, for making this a lot easier for me.

I'm actually in my 30's but I have a lot of various chronic illnesses. I do your workouts on days when the exhaustion is really bad and it's the right amount of moving without pushing myself too hard.

:-) That's the way to do it. I love that you don't let your not so great days keep you from moving. For years I used my chronic foot pain as an excuse to keep me from getting the exercise I needed. Since finding these woman I have lost weight and am now healthier mentally and physically. Keep it up!

My favorite thing about your videos is that there isn't overpowering dance music, I just mostly hear your voices. When there's dance music, my brain wants to keep in rhythm SO BAD, so if my body can't keep up, I just give up a few minutes in. I love that you encourage viewers to go at their own pace, it's what keeps me coming back. Sometimes I can keep in step with you and sometimes I can't, but it's the effort that makes it worthwhile, regardless of the pace. Thank you so very much!

I am 68 about to turn 69 and finally fully retired - great timing for discovering your series. They are perfect for me as this year I chose the word “intentional” as my theme for 2024.
It’s lovely to have some 10-minute options and then longer increments. Some days 10 minutes is all I can face doing LOL. Those are the days when I know we will have a good half hour walk - a nice, ice-free walk. And other days 15 minutes is perfect. Often I will jog in place rather than walk - it’s an easy step up for cardio and steps.
Your pace is lovely and I appreciate your reminders to breathe! Haha! It’s odd how when you do I realize I need a good, deep breath! I enjoy the mama/daughter banter too. You guys are wonderful. Thank you so much for making it easier for me to integrate purposeful movement into my days❤️

I'm 87 and enjoy this 15 minute workout very much. I live in a small country town in Adelaide South Australia and most days am able to exercise outdoors under our verandah where I can breath in the clear early morning air and listen to the magpies warbling to me while I do my workout!

My mother passed away just over a year ago and today is her birthday so exercising with you made me feel like I did when I would exercise with my mother before her death (although my mom wasn't always so pleasant). I love the fact that I can exercise for 15 minutes 10 minutes or a half an hour here in my home. Don’t need any equipment. Don’t need to get in the car. Don’t need to drive anywhere… especially because it’s 108° later this week🌻🔥🌻

After being so sedentary during and after the pandemic, I didn't "feel" like working out. I will be 68 this summer, and your walking workouts have kept me inspired. I like that you add arms, making it more of a total body workout-more aerobic. Thank-you for doing this. I have graduated to your 20 minute walk and feel so much better. I plan to move to the thirty minute workout soon, and see you even have a 50 minute, which is my goal by May. Great job!! Inspiring!

Thank you for pointing out that it's a struggle for a beginner coordinating those arms with the feet. I was trying to remember to keep my ears, shoulders, and hips in line, to keep good posture and form, to keep my abdominals tight, and then the arms too, and breathing, and it's too much at first. I thought it was just me, so I am so glad you mentioned it! The 15 minutes went by so fast. I am doing this one again (and again). Love your momma, and I don't feel bad now trying to figure out which way to move and coordinate the arms too, seeing momma struggle let me know once again, it isn't just me. She finally got it, and so did I!

I'm going to be 69 in 3 months and after the pandemic, I have gained weight and stopped exercising. I just found this and I love your channel. I tried this workout today. It was great for me. I have a knee replacement and had no problems doing this. Going to do one each day.

Great workout, and I appreciate that you showed the foot work separately so that I could learn it first before adding the arm work. I am new to this type of workout so even the simple foot moves are new to me. Give my sincere respect to your mom. Wish she were mine!

3/25/24: I’ve been following April and Aiko for 3 months now, and I have lost weight and my legs and arms are stronger. For beginners, don’t stress if it is hard to get the moves down right away. Your muscles have “muscle memory,” so when you practice, it becomes easier to coordinate the arm and leg movements. I was surprised at how much I was challenged at first. Just “keep moving” like April says, and you will improve. Thanks April and Aiko, I love your channel!

I chose this video today for my first workout since recovering from COVID. It seemed like the right length and pace to begin on. It was about 1,700 steps for me today, and I got a little winded about 10 minutes in, but I kept going. I think I might stick with this one for the next couple of days in the hope that I will be able to complete it more easily each day and then build up from there.

I love these videos. I’m 75 and generally very fit but I had foot surgery summer of 23 and was totally off my feet for 2 months. I couldn’t believe how much strength I’d lost. I found these because I’m looking to get fitter for cross country skiing and I love them so thankyou😊
