I just discovered your channel and did a workout from 6 months ago. I love seeing your mother doing the workouts with you. I am a 75 year old lady who is recovering from knee replacement last year and need to get strong and fit!! I am struggling with being able to get up easily from the floor and hope to one day being able to sit on the floor and not struggle to get upright!!

A new favorite! This HIIT workout has easy peasy moves that allowed me to go a little faster. Next time, I plan to try this with 1 lb weighted gloves. I loved the format: removing a move in each round. This workout is so fun that it's over before you know it. Highly recommend! I'm pre-diabetic, so I'll def do this often...at least 2x per week with a longer HIIT workout on the weekend. I clocked 235 calories + 2,108 steps. Thank you for making HIIT workouts so doable! 😊

This video popped up on my recommendeds on RUclips and it was perfect timing! I'm about to turn 51, still youngish but this last year has taken a toll on my physical health and mobility. I can’t tell you how wonderful your videos are! I clicked on this and thought it would be too much for me. I was going to do another gentle stretch video of yours but then I heard u say it was for all levels. At the same time I also realized that I like to start moving right away and the thought of a stretching video first was going to deter me from starting. I absolutely LOVE all the videos I’ve done of yours but today made me realize I like to get right into it, get my blood flowing and my body moving to wake up! I hope this realization will help me to get into a fitness routine with your videos. Ladies, I can't thank you enough for these videos. I found them when I desperately needed them, for multiple reasons. I've been doing at least one of them a day and have added other workouts to them. I haven't felt this good in a long time. I'm stronger, I'm moving better, my clothes are looser, and I'll find out in March if my lung functions are better (I had pulmonary emboli and have been struggling to recover). Anyways, I want to thank you again because you might have, literally, saved my life ❤ ❤

Good after dinner workout. Your videos are keeping me moving. In the last four weeks I've gone from pretty much zero active minutes a week to 500 (high intensity counts double on my Garmin. Now we are getting the weather here in the uk I am doing some outdoor walks of around 2 miles which includes some steepish hills where i live. According to my app i have already improved my fitness age from 58 to 55. Actual age 67.

Lack of a good night's sleep had me doing this routine seated--but I did all moves, save the clap, with 2 lb. weights. Believe me, I had just as good an exercise seated as I'd have had standing. And don't you know, I was feeling LESS tired when done. So this was an energizer routine for me. Reducing each part by 1 exercise was a really nice concept, April. I had done some quick research on whether seated exercises were as affective as standing ones, and the answer was YES, and they're gentler on the joints. Since this was a routine I'd never done before, I had to let you, and most especially, Aiko, know that I joined her on the exercise throne!...

Thank you for this workout! I did the first time seated, and the second time standing and I have to admit the seated version was easier. Also used water bottles for some resistence and got a good burn. Thinking in the future doing the seated version as it is easier on the joints. I took your advice and tried this one with light weights (2 lbs.) today. I held the weights through the whole workout except for the warmup, cooldown, and the claps (you can't really clap with dumbbells in your hands, and when I tried once to bring the two dumbbells together instead of clapping, I hit my thumbs with them! 😁😉😄) Thank you both for yet another great, fun, cardio/strength combo that I can do even when I'm short on time! I just discovered your channel and did a workout from 6 months ago. I love seeing your mother doing the workouts with you. I am a 75 year old lady who is recovering from knee replacement last year and need to get strong and fit!! I am struggling with being able to get up easily from the floor and hope to one day being able to sit on the floor and not struggle to get upright!!

A new favorite! This HIIT workout has easy peasy moves that allowed me to go a little faster. Next time, I plan to try this with 1 lb weighted gloves. I loved the format: removing a move in each round. This workout is so fun that it's over before you know it. Highly recommend! I'm pre-diabetic, so I'll def do this often...at least 2x per week with a longer HIIT workout on the weekend. I clocked 235 calories + 2,108 steps. Thank you for making HIIT workouts so doable! 😊

I can’t tell you how wonderful your videos are! I clicked on this and thought it would be too much for me. I was going to do another gentle stretch video of yours but then I heard u say it was for all levels. At the same time I also realized that I like to start moving right away and the thought of a stretching video first was going to deter me from starting. I absolutely LOVE all the videos I’ve done of yours but today made me realize I like to get right into it, get my blood flowing and my body moving to wake up! I hope this realization will help me to get into a fitness routine with your videos. Ladies, I can't thank you enough for these videos. I found them when I desperately needed them, for multiple reasons. I've been doing at least one of them a day and have added other workouts to them. I haven't felt this good in a long time. I'm stronger, I'm moving better, my clothes are looser, and I'll find out in March if my lung functions are better (I had pulmonary emboli and have been struggling to recover). Good after dinner workout. Your videos are keeping me moving. In the last four weeks I've gone from pretty much zero active minutes a week to 500 (high intensity counts double on my Garmin. Now we are getting the weather here in the uk I am doing some outdoor walks of around 2 miles which includes some steepish hills where i live. According to my app i have already improved my fitness age from 58 to 55. Actual age 67.

Lack of a good night's sleep had me doing this routine seated--but I did all moves, save the clap, with 2 lb. weights. Believe me, I had just as good an exercise seated as I'd have had standing. And don't you know, I was feeling LESS tired when done. So this was an energizer routine for me. Reducing each part by 1 exercise was a really nice concept, April. I had done some quick research on whether seated exercises were as affective as standing ones, and the answer was YES, and they're gentler on the joints. Since this was a routine I'd never done before, I had to let you, and most especially, Aiko, know that I joined her on the exercise throne!...

Also used water bottles for some resistence and got a good burn. Thinking in the future doing the seated version as it is easier on the joints. I'm still going easy easy with the workouts here due to my knee. It has been feeling better but I want to do a little at a time and work my way back up where I can do more. I do enjoy the workouts and try to keep up. Thank you for the video.

I took your advice and tried this one with light weights (2 lbs.) today. I held the weights through the whole workout except for the warmup, cooldown, and the claps (you can't really clap with dumbbells in your hands, and when I tried once to bring the two dumbbells together instead of clapping, I hit my thumbs with them! 😁😉😄) Thank you both for yet another great, fun, cardio/strength combo that I can do even when I'm short on time!
