i am working to regain my mobility after injury, covid etc etc as it has been very poor the last 4 years. i have found this exercise, and it is great to get me walking again! so now is my post-breakfast habit as a good start to the day. if i get tired through it, i hop onto my chair and follow along with Aiko! ty for providing such friendly and accessible routines.

It’s interesting how I found this video a few days back. I had just started to move a little after dinner to keep blood sugar in check…..so I used one of your other 10 mins walking video. And couple of days after you released this to lower blood sugar level after meals. It’s like you read my mind lol. Thanks so much ❤

Thanks so much for this video. I have type 2 diabetes but am not on meds. I also suffer from Fibromyalgia and am in constant pain. This workout was brilliant for me and very manageable - just the right speed and length of time for me to cope with. I will be doing this 3 times a day after each meal. I know I can do it.

This is just what I needed! After dinner I would usually just sit and put my feet up. No I will say to myself, not so fast! A 10 minute movement video first. It’s not to strenuous, and you two are so pleasant and easy going! I want to empower myself to be healthier, especially as I am diabetic. It runs in my maternal family. I have made many changes over the last 7 years. I eat a WFPB diet, no oils. I read Dr. Mcgreggor’s book How Not To Die! I volunteered to give up my car and be a full time pedestrian. It’s doable because I live in a small city. I never liked exercise. Walking seemed productive and enjoyable. I enjoy listening to audiobooks while I am walking. I enjoy your videos for strength training and cardio! Thank you both 🙏🏼

I am recovering from a serious leg injury so these gentle exercises are awesome on many of your videos. No worries as it has been seven months since the injury however I am still in physical therapy and walking with a cane so I am able to do these things, but I like to take it gentle Thank you so much and it’s so sweet that you do this with your mom ❤

Aside from this being a great way to do some moving around after eating, because it's a low intensity routine, it's great on those days when you're feeling dragged out, or tired due to a bad night's sleep. You may have to experiment to find your ideal digestion period. 1-3 hours after eating is recommended for moderate to high intensity exercise. But it is fine to do gentle walking like this walk shortly after eating. Listen to your body and walk when you feel comfortable. ❤️

i am working to regain my mobility after injury, covid etc etc as it has been very poor the last 4 years. i have found this exercise, and it is great to get me walking again! so now is my post-breakfast habit as a good start to the day. if i get tired through it, i hop onto my chair and follow along with Aiko! ty for providing such friendly and accessible routines.

It’s interesting how I found this video a few days back. I had just started to move a little after dinner to keep blood sugar in check…..so I used one of your other 10 mins walking video. And couple of days after you released this to lower blood sugar level after meals. It’s like you read my mind lol. Thanks so much ❤

Thanks so much for this video. I have type 2 diabetes but am not on meds. I also suffer from Fibromyalgia and am in constant pain. This workout was brilliant for me and very manageable - just the right speed and length of time for me to cope with. I will be doing this 3 times a day after each meal. I know I can do it.

This is just what I needed! After dinner I would usually just sit and put my feet up. No I will say to myself, not so fast! A 10 minute movement video first. It’s not to strenuous, and you two are so pleasant and easy going! I want to empower myself to be healthier, especially as I am diabetic. It runs in my maternal family. I have made many changes over the last 7 years. I eat a WFPB diet, no oils. I read Dr. Mcgreggor’s book How Not To Die! I volunteered to give up my car and be a full time pedestrian. It’s doable because I live in a small city. I never liked exercise. Walking seemed productive and enjoyable. I enjoy listening to audiobooks while I am walking. I enjoy your videos for strength training and cardio! Thank you both 🙏🏼

I am recovering from a serious leg injury so these gentle exercises are awesome on many of your videos. No worries as it has been seven months since the injury however I am still in physical therapy and walking with a cane so I am able to do these things, but I like to take it gentle

Aside from this being a great way to do some moving around after eating, because it's a low intensity routine, it's great on those days when you're feeling dragged out, or tired due to a bad night's sleep. This is a great one i do love to do this with my mommy but am her daughter so we are trying to stay fit but am sitting on the chair my mom standing up but i have knee issues with my feet but doing it after meal we do love it your mom is fun and funny my mom told me to walk it out 😂

Hi there! We are so happy you enjoy our workouts. Thank you for your warm wishes and spending time with us! The length of time you should wait before exercising varies by activity and individual. You may have to experiment to find your ideal digestion period. 1-3 hours after eating is recommended for moderate to high intensity exercise. But it is fine to do gentle walking like this walk shortly after eating. Listen to your body and walk when you feel comfortable. ❤️

Went to my Dr's appointment yesterday 2/12/24. Since I've been doing your workouts, my arthritis in my lower back hips and shoulders hasn't been giving me any problems.
