    I am a retired school teacher and after retirement I realise that I have become quite cut off from the world and I don't have much a social life. I used to feel a little isolated. But now I have great friends in the two of to perk me up in the morning and evening. Thanks from India

    Finally got to do this one! It served as an afternoon supplemental to a routine I did earlier which wasn't long enough. This one capped it all and really WOKE ME UP! A very nice routine any time of day, and choosing the pace to match wake ups, middle of the day, and evening!...Anastasia

      Hi April, Aiko and Mochi,
      I've been laid up for 6 weeks after a accident. I finally got my doctors ok to exercise again. So I tried your 10 minute walk from a few years ago. It feels so good to be back and my body feels good to be back at it again! Tomorrow I'll try this one.

    I did this workout alongside a balance 10mins and a core 10mins this morning (all yes2next). This worked well for me because I could focus on all the areas I feel are needed. The time went so quickly, and I really feel ready for my morning coffee! My cat watches me in a bemused sort of way. She then starts asking for treats halfway through 😂🐈

    When I found you a few weeks ago I started the work out (hot dog stand0 from 3 years ago. Today I thought the time is ripe to move on. I really enjoyed this mornings work out although my arms would not do what I wanted them to, it was very funny! Thank you and your Mummy for making a big change in my life.

    I love your videos! I just discovered them a few weeks ago. I have mobility challenges and I found I'd been pushing myself too hard previously and then I would hate working out. I'm using your more gentler videos and working my way up, adding on a minute here and there, and I'm seeing improvements and enjoying the variety in your workouts., Thank you so much!     Hi April and Aiko. I have to agree with Aiko. It is good to be vertical! My grandson was kind enough to give me his head cold. Still, I needed movement, so I did this great 10 minute workout and perhaps later I'll repeat it.

    Thank you both so much for your wonderful videos! I am a caregiver for an elderly lady with dementia, and I try to make sure she gets some exercise everyday. Most programs are way too hard, but yours she loves! She can't follow completely, but she's moving, and having fun, and sometimes laughing at the banter between you and your Mom. They take her from tired and wanting a nap, to bright eyed and energetic! Thank you for making videos that are accessible for all, and especially for your encouragement to viewers, which really helps!

    This was perfect for me this morning, as I was having trouble motivating myself to get out of bed! I started off gently with the warmup, but I ramped things up during the workout, and it did indeed energize me and wake me up. I don't have time for a long workout this morning but am hoping to fit in some more exercise this afternoon. I'm having my breakfast and coffee now and thinking about what you said about that. Were you recommending 30 grams of protein at breakfast for women? I usually aim for at least 15 grams of protein per meal, so I may have to double that if that's what you meant.

    I just finished this morning walk. Good start to the day. I have been having a lot of back and hip pain so a visit to my chiro was done yesterday so that was a rest day for me. Today, I will also look up some hip exercises and do some dedicated stretches. It is a snow day here on the West Coast of Canada. This after about a week of deep freeze temperatures. Once this starts to warm up over next couple of days we will be back to our good old rain.

    My goal with this video today was to re-start my exercise routine after hip pain. I had to put my 5 lb weights down after 3rd round but hope to get to hold them the whole time. Also trying to reverse osteopenia.
