I am a newly diagnosed diabetic and am working on turning this ship around. After 2 knee replacements and 2 foot surgeries I had slowly slid down the slope of couch potato status. I read that a 10 minute walk after eating helps lower blood sugar and found this video. I am happy I was able to keep up and found myself doing side steps as Caroline talked at the end of the video. I have this bookmarked and plan to keep going. Thank you Caroline!

I wish I could say I made so much progress so many inchess off so many pounds, that has not happened for me. I hold onto hope. Its extra hurtful when you try to be a good example to your chilen and you cannot achieve your goals and the other parent neglects their own health and fears his partner being skinny and keeps her fat on purpose and never encourages her and sticks his butt out and belly when I exercise to ridicuke me. I have done your after meal workout for the first time 😊 and I feel marvelous. I never believed it would settle my tummy but it has 🙌🏻 I feel less bloated than usual. This will most definitely be added to my workout regime.
