Leslie I have been sick in bed with an awful cold for 12 days. I’ve missed school and work this whole time. I also just found out I’m 5 weeks pregnant. I’ve been feeling nauseous, body aches, headaches, cough, and pains. I cried from the pains I’ve been feeling and had 0 energy and no motivation. A little voice inside my head said get up and walk with Leslie! So I did I walked to 2 of your 15 minute videos 2 hours ago and I feel like my prayers have been answered! I feel like I took the best medicine! This is the best I have felt in the last 2 weeks! Thank you so much Leslie. I am in tears writing this right now thank you I will be able to get good sleep tonight. I intend on keeping the walk habit!

To anyone who wants to workout but can’t start, just go on to this RUclips videos and start. They will make you feel so good. I used to follow Ms Leslie exercise when i took care of my mum. My mum has passed for almost two years and i have stopped this exercise since then. God willing, today i start again and will continue doing. Thank you Ms Leslie for a very simple yet fun and energetic exercise😊

Hi everyone! I first found Leslie in a video I bought from Target - 3 mile workout. It had Stephanie, Vance Barb, Suzette and Mary. I got hooked on that workout, but then it got scratched and I couldn't follow it anymore. I just got it working on a Blu-ray player (YES!), but now it doesn't want to work again, so I turned to youtube to see if I could find it there. So far, no luck...but the 15 minute workout is something I can do everyday during lunchtime. So thank you so much for these walking workouts! They really do work and its easy to get to where you are looking forward to them everyday 😃

I started walk at home on Jan 2 for 4-5 days a week for 30 min, I love it. So far I lost about about 5 pounds. Leslie’s work outs are the best, love her energy and positive attitude

Do her walks every day, mostly twice a day and I'm 73. I wouldn't miss a day. Her 'walkouts' are great!

I have COPD and really needed a work out that wasn’t to fast and that I could follow at my own pace . This walk at home work out is just perfect . I can’t thank you enough my lung capacity has improved from 58% up to 62% . I’ve lost some weight to which is a added bonus ❤ thank you

I also love this. I have huge problems with anxiety and my gut and probably ibs after removing my gall bladder in june. But this I can manage and I'm doing it 1 or 2 times every day....depending on the weather here in Sweden😏. So thank you and yor walkers. PS...my daughter is smiling when she see Nick working out. Don't stop and keep healthy.
Thank you so much for such an easy and great workout from home. I truly appreciate the fact that you have walkers of all ages and shapes, not only showing super models because that is always a bummer - not all of us will ever have those types of bodies, so it's good to workout with every day folks. I am writing to you to say “Thank You!”. I have several of your walking DVD’s and I absolutely love the workouts. I really got started with them this past January 2021, when after COVID, I had hit a very long plateau, where I just wasn’t losing weight anymore. I wasn’t necessarily overweight, but I was certainly not at MY ideal weight. So, beginning in January, I started doing your workouts (mostly, Ultimate 5-Day Workout Plan, Walk to the Hits-Party Songs and Walk to the Hits-All-Time Favorites) 3 days a week, along with a self-lead strength and toning session 2 days a week. I love your energy and I love how easy it is to follow along, because you are so great at cueing. And, of course, I love the walkers!! Anyway, as of May 1st of this year, I had dropped 40 pounds!! I was ecstatic and determined to keep up my workout routine. Well, fast forward to July. I had been dealing, on and off with some severe abdominal pain that would wake me up in the middle of the night for a couple of weeks. So, after the 4th episode, my husband and I decided I had better try and see my Doctor. We were thinking it could possibly be my gallbladder, so we didn’t want to wait any longer. My doctor did not have any appointments available, so they suggested that I go ahead and go to the ER. This was on Wednesday, July 21. We checked into the ER at around 11:45 AM and I was finally taken to a room and admitted, just after midnight. From the looks of my lab work and the ultrasound, it was indeed my gallbladder. I had surgery on Friday to remove it. All of this to say, within 2 hours of me getting back to my room, I was already up and walking, with little to no discomfort or help from others. My nurses were surprised and excited at my progress already, in such a short amount of time. My healing has been slow and steady, but with relatively low pain. Mind you, I have 4 (about ½” each) incisions in my abdomen. I contribute my low pain, to my strong core and abs, due to using your walking videos!! I honestly believe that had I not been doing them all this time, that I would undoubtably be in quite a bit more pain and not moving around with little to no effort. I’m already walking about 3 miles a day (1 mile 3x’s a day), just up and down my street for now. I’m not quite ready for the running, hopping/jumping or HIIT training, YET! But, I have no doubt it will be soon and I’ll be back at my favorite workouts with you and the crew.
BTW, have you ever thought about doing a walking video for people who have recently had surgery? One that is more basic walking, maybe some knee lifts, kick-backs, and stepping side to side in more controlled, slower movements, but with the fun, upbeat music we are used to? I would kill for something like that now; LOL! Just a thought.

Today was supposed to be a lazy day workout with the 1 mile Celina team for me. Finished that and I was energised, did Rocky`s new 1-mile workout and then this popped up on my screen and i thought why not?! Finished this too. And so I ended up doing a 3-mile walk with Leslie..This is the magic of Leslie walk workouts.

I wake up three times a week to walk in my sitting room. I am inspired by the energy and commitment by Leslie and her studio team representing all ages. Leslie who is slightly older than me yet so fit and keeps me playing the catch up game. Keep it up Madam. You are truly transforming the lives of many people around the world. I have been fight cancer for 2 years and could do 5k 4x a week and exercise 3x a week. I finally can do lite exercise and this was nice.
