Ok walkers lemme tell you .. I got this “ walk up”call in Jan 2020 I was 70 kgs .. I regularly walk with Leslie at home . 3 mile walk every 4 days In a week and 2 mile walk the remaining days . 1 mile walk when I’m really not in a mood but I manage to do it . Miracle it is . I am now 55kgs ( sept 2020) . Thank you so much leslie you r the best . I urge all of you to regularly walk with Leslie cz it is the easiest of all the home work outs and it helps you to shed some pounds , sweat like anything n yes u also gotta follow a healthy diet too .

I have a Bilateral Polycystic Ovaries, and my OB told me that i need to lose weight and do some exercise, so that my ovaries be healthy and to carry pregnancy some day (I hope soonest). So a day after, I started to #walkathome #fitness #exercise with Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home's channel, i do it every morning before i go to work. from then i feel I'm more active than before to do my daily routine and my body is more energize. this is actually my 4th day and i enjoy this workout with Leslie. My doc suggested these videos abt a week ago. Been doing daily. No changes yet that the eye can see BUT I feel so much better. Sleep better. Blood sugar control much better. Thank you.

I can not thank you enough for your walk videos!! It is helping me to fight osteoporosis by getting in my 10,000 steps a day even when it is raining or snowing or too dark out ( I prefer to walk outside). As a Physical Therapist I recommend your videos to many patients especially those who can't get out. Brilliant! We (me 73, Gill 70) are in week two of our Coronavirus lockdown in Southampton, UK. We are regular gym members in normal times but on day one we found this channel and love it. 20/30 minutes in the morning and 10/15 in the afternoon. 2/2/2023- HAPPY GROUNDHOGS DAY! Yesterday I completed my first 5 mile play list of WALK AT HOME videos. Today, I think I could have done another 5 but I set my goal at 3 miles and stopped there with a tiny bit of resistance exercise at the end. Getting healthier is a process and the body needs rest too. Feels good to see improvement though. Thanks for the workout. 🫵🤘

I do any of Leslie Sansone's workouts every single day, sometimes twice, as they all burn calories and sweat off weight, they get the metabolism moving! I also eat several different fruits daily, along with lots of veggies and a salad with chicken or fish. And a lot of fluids, sugar free!

I been working with Ms. Leslie for over a month plus treadmill and eating smaller portions I lost nothing guys. But I hope to be a living testimony soon.
As an ME/CFS patient I can't make it thru a whole 10min LS video but I can w this longer one, because the pacing and up/down heartrate changes allow for a significant rest every few minutes so works better w an ME/CFS body. I had this vid on my list but never tried it until today. It feels great to be able to get thru a whole workout as someone w a condition for which exercise is counterindicated, and feel better not worse at the end. Thanks to the editors for the particular expertise they brought to this one and as always to L's team!
I've been following leslie's video for 2 or 3 mos now. I really love it, I don't have to go out just to jog, nor I don't need big space to do an exercise at home. I'm not on a strict diet but at least, this exercise help me maintain my weight. :) I've also recommended this to family and friends :)

@@silverrbells , I do walk a minimum of 5km everytime I do my walking exercise. once I did 9.3km or 13,800+ steps. 20mins is ok but I think it is not enough.

2/2/2023- HAPPY GROUNDHOGS DAY! Yesterday I completed my first 5 mile play list of WALK AT HOME videos. Today, I think I could have done another 5 but I set my goal at 3 miles and stopped there with a tiny bit of resistance exercise at the end. Getting healthier is a process and the body needs rest too. Feels good to see improvement though.

Tanku Leslie......no doubt it's a miracle walk I was 79kgs becoming slow n lazy day by day but by walking everyday I'm more active energetic n I lost 8 kgs in 3 months yayayayy can't believe tat but it has actually happened....thanks sooooo much

I do any of Leslie Sansone's workouts every single day, sometimes twice, as they all burn calories and sweat off weight, they get the metabolism moving!
I also eat several different fruits daily, along with lots of veggies and a salad with chicken or fish. And a lot of fluids, sugar free!

I just have to smile when I see Michael's smile! Is there a Michael exercise video? Hubby and I are ages 72 and 71 so we can't always keep up this pace. He is fighting prostate cancer, but we are always helped with Leslie's routines. Love you, Leslie!

As an ME/CFS patient I can't make it thru a whole 10min LS video but I can w this longer one, because the pacing and up/down heartrate changes allow for a significant rest every few minutes so works better w an ME/CFS body. I had this vid on my list but never tried it until today. It feels great to be able to get thru a whole workout as someone w a condition for which exercise is counterindicated, and feel better not worse at the end. Thanks to the editors for the particular expertise they brought to this one and as always to L's team!
I've been following leslie's video for 2 or 3 mos now. I really love it, I don't have to go out just to jog, nor I don't need big space to do an exercise at home. I'm not on a strict diet but at least, this exercise help me maintain my weight. :) I've also recommended this to family and friends :)

@@silverrbells , I do walk a minimum of 5km everytime I do my walking exercise. once I did 9.3km or 13,800+ steps. 20mins is ok but I think it is not enough.

She really did. I used not be able to exercise. But, ever since I started about 5 years ago, I never stopped again. Her style is simple, not complicated or exhausting; and it is enough to get a good start with exercise. But above all, she's encouraging and very kind. She's not fake or disingenuous.
