    At first I didn't think this kind of abs workout would be as effective as mat ones, but I am honestly surprised! I will be away from home for a while and as I didn't bring my mat, I wasn't able to do the usual workouts i do. Seems like i don't need it at all!!❤❤ thank you for your hard work!

    Hi Miss Mitzi. I just wanna say thank you so much for sharing those workout of yours. I've started following you since last yr and all I can say is, your exercises are already part of my everyday routine. From 55kg down to 51.7kg in just 2mos.     Abs on fire!!!
    This seated abs workout was a GAME CHANGER! Seriously, I never thought I could feel my core working this hard while, actually sitting down. You crushed it with the clear instructions and modifications, making it perfect for all levels. My abs are already thanking you (and possibly screaming at me tomorrow morning, but that's a good kind of pain!).
    Please, please, please keep these seated workouts coming! My injured knee and my abs both desperately need it.

    I am recovering from a mild fracture in my toe, and i cannot do any standing or jumping workout. This chair workout is a blessing for me😊

    I do this one and the other one with hand weights almost every day. And I still love it after all this time. I plan to get leg weights to help even more. My stomach is shrinking a bit. I do other videos of yours as well.

    I started to carry small water botles during some of the exercises, now carrying two 1,5 liters. Has anybody some more suggestions? I like this video a lot, thanks for posting!!

      This is another seated abs workout (lower intense than new video.)
      I suggest you try this one first. If you don't feel any pain while doing this, try new workout.

      Whenever you feel back pain, stop doing that exercise and try standing abs workout.

    Please could you share some of your recipes for breakfast i get confused in the morning whether i should eat before or after a workout because i'm always hungry in the morning so i choose to eat 2 boiled eggs before workout i don't know if it's ok to do so. 😊
