At first I didn't think this kind of abs workout would be as effective as mat ones, but I am honestly surprised! I will be away from home for a while and as I didn't bring my mat, I wasn't able to do the usual workouts i do. Seems like i don't need it at all!!❤❤ thank you for your hard work!

This seated abs workout was a GAME CHANGER! Seriously, I never thought I could feel my core working this hard while, actually sitting down. You crushed it with the clear instructions and modifications, making it perfect for all levels. My abs are already thanking you (and possibly screaming at me tomorrow morning, but that's a good kind of pain!).
Please, please, please keep these seated workouts coming! My injured knee and my abs both desperately need it.

I do this one and the other one with hand weights almost every day. And I still love it after all this time. I plan to get leg weights to help even more. My stomach is shrinking a bit. I do other videos of yours as well.

I suggest you try this one first. If you don't feel any pain while doing this, try new workout.

Please could you share some of your recipes for breakfast i get confused in the morning whether i should eat before or after a workout because i'm always hungry in the morning so i choose to eat 2 boiled eggs before workout i don't know if it's ok to do so. 😊
It's great!! Having 2 boiled eggs before a workout is beneficial because they are light and rich in healthy protein.❤
