I im 54, Have thyroid problems and Menopause and packed on so much weight, The doctor said I has a bad fatty liver from eatting fatty foods and too much processed food , I needed to loose weight and eat better, I was the heaviest I've been in my life, I've lost weight twice before but now with this I thought it was impossible, My doctor put me on some medication to help with weight loss but I've have also been walking 2 miles a day and doing your chair exercises , arm and thigh and have been doing them for 2 months now and have dropped 3 sizes! I am still doing them so keep them coming thanks 😊❤

I found your videos on RUclips and have been doing a variety of them every day. I've always been in good shape, regularly exercised all my life (I'm 73). In September 2023 I had a hysterectomy. Afterward, my belly seemed to pooch out and became flabby. I do Beach Body, Tae Bo, ab exercises, cardio, etc.....but nothing worked. I was getting very frustrated. I saw your Chair Yoga video and did it. After a week, I started to notice a change in my belly, it was going down. I found several more of your videos and each day I do a variety of them. It works !!!! My jeans button nicely with no muffin top hanging over. My lower belly can still use some improvement, but I am confident that by continuing to do your workouts daily, that will take care of the issue. Thank you so much!

A year & 5 months ago I quit smoking, had my Gall Bladder removed & hit menopause all at the same time 😬 needless to say I've gained about 50 all around my stomach ugh. I have never had a weight problem until all that, so I'm going to try this one to hopefully make my bloated belly go down a bit. Thank you for these videos ❤

I cant get on the ground or walk much. So I do this one of yours and one other. I also do one more of someone elses vids. Will, I still lose weight since im doing the same thing? Nice...always more challenging that one thinks being done in the chair. Of course its always what you put into it. I also grabbed a pair of 3 lb weights and did some forearms exercises in between the exercises . Enjoyed the workout.

Hi Shellea, this is in no way a criticism of your videos, they are great- I wish though that you would talk about breathing- I am 78 and was in the physical fitness business for 35 years and many people just don’t breathe properly while exercising and it can be a great help- thanks for the great videos
I am recovering from surgery in the cervical spine. This has really helped me. I skip anything that looks rough on the neck but your exercises all are great. Highly recommend!

That was a surprisingly hard workout. I just did a 2 mile walk on a another video and came back for an easier flow. Thus it was awesome because it was unexpected. Love this site for it positivity and delightful challenges.

Hi Shellea, this is in no way a criticism of your videos, they are great- I wish though that you would talk about breathing- I am 78 and was in the physical fitness business for 35 years and many people just don’t breathe properly while exercising and it can be a great help- thanks for the great videos

I am recovering from surgery in the cervical spine. This has really helped me. I skip anything that looks rough on the neck but your exercises all are great. Highly recommend!

Hi Schellea! So glad to have found your channel. Been doing something new every day! My abs/core have been and still are my weakest area and now in perim I am in crisis mode with them! How often should I be doing an ab workout, not only to get them strong but keep them strong. I am very soft and very impatient!😂

That was a surprisingly hard workout. I just did a 2 mile walk on a another video and came back for an easier flow. Thus it was awesome because it was unexpected. Love this site for it positivity and delightful challenges.
