    I love your positivity! I'm 63, recovering from breast cancer full mastectomy (2/2024)... I've been following your workouts (gently at first), and can now keep up with you! I incorporate your arm exercises (bat wings!) to my morning 3-mile walks!

    This workout came across my feed this morning and I told my friend after she text me that she got the video also (( she does not do the videos...yet)) and I told her I was going to do the workout tonight. Well late night I came to the gym room to stretch, I was tired from working in garden and this video again was on my feed and I said to myself, " oh yeah, I said I was going to do this workout" If I say I am gonna do it, it commits me, So I did it and I am glad I did. Felt good and needed !

    Wow -- this is amazing!! I've been working out with you for not quite 3 years and I must say, this workout is engaging my abs in ways I've not been feeling so far. Great group of moves. This fabulous 73-year-old is purring!

      @@fabulous50s I'm constantly amazed that I've done this literally every day since early May of 2020. Thankful to the Good Lord for a body that (1) thrives on this and (2) for the stick-to-it-iveness that's kept me going. Keep on keeping on ❤

    I lost my husband to cancer nearly nine months ago and I’m trying to concentrate on my own health and fitness as a coping strategy. I’ve been doing the 5 min arm workout for the past month and I love it! Now I’m going to include this muffin top, 10 min workout in my daily routine. So glad I’ve found you!

      It is also hormone related because of the decrease in estrogen. Check out Dr. Sarah Gottfried, Cynthia Thurlow, JJ Virgin the Girlfriend Doctor. They are all medica professionals and they all address menopause and how our bodies are changing. All the issues no one talks about and our OB/GYNS refuse to address with us because we are no longer in our child bearing years. Definitely get your hormone levels checked. All hormones must be balanced in order for us to be healthy.

    Shelly- where to begin to tell you how grateful I am for your generosity in sharing your talent, skill and your heart to all of us. It has been a difficult few years, illnesses and death in family, covid, results of covid and no gym/hiking/dancing time and then I had a knee replacement. My doctor is amazed at my recovery- even as i couldn't move the bottom part of my body, I moved the top! Blood flow heals!!!! All these pieces of video weave into a beautiful and healthful workout.     Between covid and menopause negative impact but consistently working out since January 2023 with you 5 days a week, lifting weights 3 days a week and paying attending to portions is slowly coming off and I feel more energetic and healthier and side effect I am looking healthier too!

    This workout is fantastic! I love that it's standing and requires no equipment, making it perfect for anyone looking to get a quick ab workout in without having to lie down on the floor. The exercises are effective and the instructor provides clear and easy-to-follow instructions. I definitely feel my abs working after just 10 minutes. Highly recommend

    As I get older my belly just seems to get worse and I had a complete hysterectomy at 38,but now as I am going to be turning 52 my weight and belly seems to be increasing i haven't weighed this much since I was pregnant at age 20. I really needed this. Thank you ❤

    Tried this out today, what a fabulous challenging exercise. Never feel I get to do my muffin top. Balancing on one of them was a bit of a challenge today being that I haven't done exercise for a while. Thank you for your guidance.

    LOVE these. As a person who has been battling severe pain and stiffness as of the past few months, these gentler exercises are what I've had to transition to, while still gaining the rewards! See re arthritis runs in my family so I'm trying my best to not allow it progress faster.

    This was a fabulous 10mins abs workout Schellea. It certainly got those muscles to wake up after a very hectic 2 weeks at work and an Easter Bank Holiday with grandchildren, family and the kitchen...🤭...if you know what I mean 🥴.

    Thank you for this. I have a umbilical hernia and traditional/floor core/ab workouts aggravate it. The standing core exercises feel great and hoping they don't set off the hernia! Thank you so much for sharing these workouts!

    Happy New Year. Just did muffin top. Not been doing as regular over holiday period but managed to fit in one or two every second day. Back to routine of at least two a day and like new balance ideas too. Thank you and all the best for 2024 ❤️💚
