I'm 68 years of age and I definitely feel that I'm obtaining value from this exercise program. I just began this month so this is my 3rd week. Can't see a huge difference in my muffin tops, but I feel so powerful and good! I can also feel the soreness around the muffin top area so I think things are happening. I realize this is one of the most difficult places to see results so, I'm sticking to it! This was about a 5 on my difficulty scale - maybe leaning towards a 6 out of 10 and quite enough right now. Thank you for these gentle but powerful workouts!
I’ll be 75 next month. My form isn’t as good as yours but I’m raising my arms as far as possible. Just readjusting them. Use 2 lb. Weights so I do the best I can and I’m feeling it! I don’t criticize myself for not being able to do them perfectly. Even so I can definitely feel it’s working!! Thank you for these.

I'm 57 and started working out again after I got into a car accident and had a full tear of my rotator cuff and 2 broken ribs, I had surgery in April of this yr (2023) and I love these kinds of exercises, it makes me feel so wonderful! This workout for me was about an 6, it wasn't easy but it wasn't hard either, I will be exercising to your videos at least 5 days a week! I love them!!
10...just 20mts and i am dripping with sweat...am 62yrs and love your enthusiasm and encouragement to keep moving forward. I had severe back stiffness...no painkillers worked but doing your workouts loosened the stiffness. Now i can walk and bend without pain. Thanq you Shelley !

Wow! That's a belly buster. My abs are on a ❤️🔥. We're all facing that menopausal mid section. What you eat to control helps, but what will target that area are these ab exercises. Great job Schellea, needed this today. Yes, the more you put into it the better results.🐾❤️😊
I'd rate it a 6! It felt great and it definitely got my heart rate up and made me sweat. I'm in my early 40s and am noticing my midsection is tougher to tone. I really appreciated this workout and will check out the others you have to offer! I liked how you did one half without weights and one with. Nice work!

10. I appreciate you! I have several favorite videos of yours and add them to my rotation of pool, weights and walking several times a week. They’re not too hard for me to follow and I find I can increase my intensity and improve my form over time to get even more out of them.
I’m 35 and going through early menopause which started when I was 33 because of the cancer treatment I had I gained weight on my tummy and I can’t seem to lose it even though I cut out sugar and only drink water and I am vegetarian and eat healthy and walk my dogs and do workouts but no matter what I can’t seem to lose the weight in my tummy I hope doing this will work wish me luck

It was a 10 for me, with 3 pound weights. I'm 66, and was really sick with COVID 3 years ago. It zapped me of almost all my already compromised strength, and it's been a long, slow road to recovery. That's because, shortly before I caught that corona germ, I found out that I have a chronic, hereditary disease called Lipoedema, and it makes me swell up like a balloon when I get too active. So all things considered, I was happy that I could do this workout fairly well. Thank you for sharing your zest for life with us!
Love your exercises, they work for me. I have a bad knee so when it comes to squats or bending my knee, I will just stay straight and exercise that way...or I just walk in place. Thank you! I loved this exercise along with the 5 minute 750 steps, it's alot of fun! Thank you for all you do!

I loved this, about 8 on my scale but if i need more challenge i can increase weight of the weights. Usually i do 30 min in the mornings so i lately figured before my workout starts to open one of your 10 min workouts and one of 20 min ones. and perform one after the other. works well, love your channel and your personality. the visuals of minutes left in the workout and for each exercise are super helpful. ah the old injuries raising their naughty heads. Left ankle reconstructed and upper spinal stenosis. I fell upside down on stairs 8 years ago. I should have died however, the angels needed me alive longer. Was using 10 pound weights then, I have sevens however, even they are too heavy. I will get some one pounders. Venus is retrograde for the next six weeks. I am doing this everyday as well and the hip one. After six weeks, maybe the stenosis will be less and I will be stronger. Maybe even as strong as I was before the fall. I miss being active and fit. baby steps oh I quit sugar and dairy and gluten. All poison for my o blood type. I am feeling better every day thank you for your time and efforts making this for us. I am truly grateful

This is a 10 for me! Really good workout! I felt it more in my shoulders than my abs once the hand-weights were added.
ah the old injuries raising their naughty heads. Left ankle reconstructed and upper spinal stenosis. I fell upside down on stairs 8 years ago. I should have died however, the angels needed me alive longer. Was using 10 pound weights then, I have sevens however, even they are too heavy. I will get some one pounders.
Venus is retrograde for the next six weeks. I am doing this everyday as well and the hip one. After six weeks, maybe the stenosis will be less and I will be stronger. Maybe even as strong as I was before the fall. I miss being active and fit.
