I normally do 10 minute variety of dumbell exercises with you but after trying this 30 minute workout I thoroughly enjoyed all the exercises and will do these 3 days per week instead of a daily 10 minute session. I also walk 3 times oer week for 5 to 7 kilometers up and down hills and on the flat surfaces. I managed to do all the exercises but found the last arm ones on the video challenging. Thank you. I will be 69 yrs of age soon and have been exercising mostly at the gym most of that time with periods of being lazy inbetween!
So good! I’m 55 and have found for years that most workouts push to the point of feeling defeated or too hard. This one pushed me in all the right ways. Looking forward to trying more of your workouts!

Started Fabulous 50s workout 4 months ago. Three times in my life, I let myself go and stopped eating right and working out. I decided, never again. I came across these workouts and pushed myself. I'm only 5'4" and was weighing in at 170 (not healthy) and I knew that. Everything hurt. Fast forward 4 months, today (6/9) I am down to 155, so proof these workouts work if you stick with them. I just started the weight training video and it kicked my butt and that's ok. I also cut out all sugar and flour and after only 7 days, I have NO cravings and I'm not bloated or inflamed anymore, what a difference. I always knew how to eat healthy, just let life take over and got side tracked, but now I'm back on track thanks to Fabulous 50s. Schellea makes these workouts fun and gets me motivated, so grateful I found these and will stick with them.

I'm 63 with low bone density, and your workouts and personality inspire me. I've been working out with you for years, but today was my first time doing this particular workout. I love it, it's just right, and I can grow with it by upping the weights. I also do your WONDERFUL rebounder workouts (more please), and I used it today for the warmup and did the health bounce or marching on it during the rest times. It was great!

You are very clear on what we are doing so I don't have to keep looking at the screen to follow along. I can focus on what I need to do rather than try to follow the movements. Love the longer workouts and stretches. I've done a lot of online weight workouts and yours are the best by far. I'm 66 and started with 3-5lb weights, moved up to 5-8 and now need to get some 10 lb weights. Also, your little dog is adorable!!

One of the best dumbbell exercise routines you have put together, Shellea! I was challenged throughout by varying the dumbell weights for each exercise. Luckily, I have six different sets of weights. I haven’t got a 20 lb set yet, but don’t think I will need it for a little while!

I just did this work out with not weights. It was wonderful to get use to movements and moving that long. I love how you show the movements and the speed and rest you get. I feel great. Your music is great with a great message. I'm going to try to keep at this routine and will add the weights. Do cardio in the transition breaks to keep your heart rate up.

I use 8 and 10 pound weights and could probably do 10 and 15 but I don't have the 15 right now. LOVE this workout!!!

I'm 63 with low bone density, and your workouts and personality inspire me. I've been working out with you for years, but today was my first time doing this particular workout. I love it, it's just right, and I can grow with it by upping the weights. I also do your WONDERFUL rebounder workouts (more please), and I used it today for the warmup and did the health bounce or marching on it during the rest times. It was great!
Buddy is gone? So sorry for your loss. I’ve enjoyed him so much during these workouts. You’re the best! I always look forward to working out with you! I’m 65 and feeling great. Your workouts are an important part of this. Thank you for giving us such a good mix of exercises.

Love this workout! Have been doing it twice a week for the past few weeks, and as I am getting stronger I can increase my weights to get a bit more challenged! Thanks so much for putting these wonderful workouts out there for us ladies!

I'm so happy I found your workouts!! I am trying to get rid of all the meno belly and walking and cardio isn't doing all it used to when I was younger. You are very clear on what we are doing so I don't have to keep looking at the screen to follow along. I can focus on what I need to do rather than try to follow the movements. Very simple to follow and feels great. Thank you so much ... love that you kept the dog in the video.. always adds smiles.
Love the longer workouts and stretches. I've done a lot of online weight workouts and yours are the best by far. I'm 66 and started with 3-5lb weights, moved up to 5-8 and now need to get some 10 lb weights. Also, your little dog is adorable!!

One of the best dumbbell exercise routines you have put together, Shellea! I was challenged throughout by varying the dumbell weights for each exercise. Luckily, I have six different sets of weights. I haven’t got a 20 lb set yet, but don’t think I will need it for a little while!

I just did this work out with not weights. It was wonderful to get use to movements and moving that long. I love how you show the movements and the speed and rest you get. I feel great. Your music is great with a great message. I'm going to try to keep at this routine and will add the weights. It was just perfect length and movement for me who has been away from exercising a long time and 58. Found you while watching shorts... thanks for your encouragement
