I have been doing this workout for approximately 3 yrs now. At my last physical the doctor asked me if I worked out. I said yes, at least 3 times a week. She asked me if I went to the Y and I said no I do Fabulous Fifties on RUclips. She said she was going to tell her patients about it. I am 82 now and recommend that you keep that body moving.
First of all, I am not your target audience... I'm a man! But my wife was desperately seeking some way of improving her fitness and wanted to do it together for encouragement and motivation. I wanted to encourage her (and didn't mind being active) but was more than a little sceptical of a "Over 50's Women" video! But I loved it!! They come in manageable and stackable lengths, you are fun and engaging... we both love coming back to them day after day. And we can both feel like we are getting more energetic and flexible as the days pass. Thank you for your energy, your authenticity, and your spunk! You are a great role model to follow.

That's a really good way to deal with a major loss. It's so easy to just give up and start neglecting oneself but exercising is a brilliant way to uplift the spirit as well as take care of the body. Keep it up!

Hello! I do this as soon as I wake up. Throw my leggings and a top on and get to it straight away. Then I have a shower and breakfast and get ready for working from home. I'm 56 and know I definitely need to move more! I really love the softness of Schellea's voice, the music and the routines are fun. YES! I was sweating! I love doing these workouts with you! I like that if I’m feeling low energy, I don’t have to fear. I can do low impact, but still MOVE. On other days I go at it with gusto. But I can keeping doing it day in day out! I also love that you’re giving solid reasons for why MOVING is so necessary versus the traditional “flat abs, tight butt, looking better than your friend” kind of stuff that is anything but motivating to me!
I love this I do it in the garden as my hubbie is working from home due to COVID 19 and his work area is in our living room which is also my usual workout area I jog instead of walking and really enjoy it

I average a 60 minute workout. I was trying for 120, but I was feeling overwhelmed. Very sore and unproductive. So I have split my 2 hours. 60 mins in the am, 60 mins in the pm. This has made a huge difference in my mood, my attitude and my sleeping! Because no matter how many times I watch your videos, I always feel challenged. Thank you!!

I have been with Fabulous 50 for one year. i have exercised my whole life. but my upper body was not as strong as my lower body. since I started Fabulous 50 my upper body is stronger than its ever been. I will be celebrating my 63 birthday in March and I am in the best shape ever. I tried to keep up with videos of toning with the younger girls and getting no where. Fabulous 50 taught me how to get toned and stay toned. Now if I can quit my longing for snacks, I can get this belly in shape. lol. Thanks Fabulous 50, hope to be with you way into my 80's.

It’s Monday morning, and my first workout is done thanks to you! I got around 3500 steps as you said I would and I definitely broke a sweat. Thank God I discovered your walk I’ve been doing 2if your walks and a few mts of stretching with you for the past 90 days almost 6 days a week I see some changes and a little at loss too This winter has been bitter But now after walking with you from 6.30-8 in my own bed room is fabulous Later I can walk for an he outside too Thank you ! I am almost 72 & have been keeping relatively fit all my life ( was a professional dancer back in the day!) Lately it has been way too hot outside to do a daily walk so I was looking for something upbeat to try inside in the AC & this worked well. Thanks so much for putting these videos out there. The only thing that bothered me a bit was that you weren't always in time with the music which for a dancer is hard sometimes, but I just modified the moves so I was doing them in time. I look forward to doing this again & also trying out some of your other videos!
I am living with metastatic breast cancer and I started with chair exercises and am now doing 30 minute weight loss walking exercises everyday. I have tried other exercises programs but am so excited to have found you and look forward to your upbeat and positive workouts every day!
Who knows when or if you see my comment. I'm 60 years old and had a n injury to my rotator cuff. Your exercises are helping me to eliminate surgery. I may never have full range of motion but I'm working up to close to 85-90%. I can live with that.

You mention a commitment we should all make. Mine is to do a workout everyday, whether arm, legs, tummy, cardio. or walk. I am following you for 3 years since start of covid lockdown. My body has definitely changed. even though I have worked out all my life. Something about you Fabulous lady that is more motivating than any workouts or coaches I have had. I just had my 79th birthday, live in NYC and go go go everyday.
This is my favourite 30 minute one, keep coming back to it a couple times a week. 79 on my last birthday and feeling good, hard going in the holiday season, but that will pass soon.

First time in my life i sweat from this workout…I don’t like sweating so stopped exercising some time ago…I’m 69, my body gotten really stiff including my left arm that is paralyzed from wrist..These exercise is extremely good so I will be doing twice a day to improve my body function. YES! I was sweating! I love doing these workouts with you! I like that if I’m feeling low energy, I don’t have to fear. I can do low impact, but still MOVE. On other days I go at it with gusto. But I can keeping doing it day in day out! I also love that you’re giving solid reasons for why MOVING is so necessary versus the traditional “flat abs, tight butt, looking better than your friend” kind of stuff that is anything but motivating to me!

I love this I do it in the garden as my hubbie is working from home due to COVID 19 and his work area is in our living room which is also my usual workout area I jog instead of walking and really enjoy it

I average a 60 minute workout. I was trying for 120, but I was feeling overwhelmed. Very sore and unproductive. So I have split my 2 hours. 60 mins in the am, 60 mins in the pm. This has made a huge difference in my mood, my attitude and my sleeping! Because no matter how many times I watch your videos, I always feel challenged. Thank you!!

I have been with Fabulous 50 for one year. i have exercised my whole life. but my upper body was not as strong as my lower body. since I started Fabulous 50 my upper body is stronger than its ever been. I will be celebrating my 63 birthday in March and I am in the best shape ever. I tried to keep up with videos of toning with the younger girls and getting no where. Fabulous 50 taught me how to get toned and stay toned. Now if I can quit my longing for snacks, I can get this belly in shape. lol. Thanks Fabulous 50, hope to be with you way into my 80's.

It’s Monday morning, and my first workout is done thanks to you! I got around 3500 steps as you said I would and I definitely broke a sweat. In the hotel with family after a big Mexican dinner, the night before my son's college graduation. The others are asleep, but I can workout quietly by watching you, the counter and clock. Your smiling face and the clock steadily counting down keeps me encouraged to finish strong! I'm feeling much better now, and proud of myself for sticking with it. Love it. I’ve started using my 2 lb weights every time I work out with you, not just when you use them. What a wonderful add on! I came from a fitness environment where heavier weights were encouraged. The small ones are so “do-able” & effective. ❤️

I am almost 72 & have been keeping relatively fit all my life ( was a professional dancer back in the day!) Lately it has been way too hot outside to do a daily walk so I was looking for something upbeat to try inside in the AC & this worked well. Thanks so much for putting these videos out there. The only thing that bothered me a bit was that you weren't always in time with the music which for a dancer is hard sometimes, but I just modified the moves so I was doing them in time. I look forward to doing this again & also trying out some of your other videos!

I am living with metastatic breast cancer and I started with chair exercises and am now doing 30 minute weight loss walking exercises everyday. I have tried other exercises programs but am so excited to have found you and look forward to your upbeat and positive workouts every day!

Who knows when or if you see my comment. I'm 60 years old and had a n injury to my rotator cuff. Your exercises are helping me to eliminate surgery. I may never have full range of motion but I'm working up to close to 85-90%. I can live with that.

You mention a commitment we should all make. Mine is to do a workout everyday, whether arm, legs, tummy, cardio. or walk. I am following you for 3 years since start of covid lockdown. My body has definitely changed. even though I have worked out all my life. Something about you Fabulous lady that is more motivating than any workouts or coaches I have had. I just had my 79th birthday, live in NYC and go go go everyday.
This is my favourite 30 minute one, keep coming back to it a couple times a week. 79 on my last birthday and feeling good, hard going in the holiday season, but that will pass soon.

Hi from Australia.I was an aerobic tragic in my 20 & 30 then retiring 23 years ago kept reasonably fit walking & golf.Found this fabulous work out 2 months ago & i am back into it.I am 76 yrs old.
First time in my life i sweat from this workout…I don’t like sweating so stopped exercising some time ago…I’m 69, my body gotten really stiff including my left arm that is paralyzed from wrist..These exercise is extremely good so I will be doing twice a day to improve my body function.
