Veľmi mi róby toto cvičenie dobré. Som ťažký pacient mám reumatiidnu artritídu, cukrovku a srdcové ochorenie , nie som obézna. Pomáha mi k lepšiemu zdraviu a kondícii. Cvičím po menej , viac krát za deň, ako vladzem. Som dôchodkyňa 64 ale cvičím roky lebo musím. Ináč by som bola asi ležiaca. Ďakujem..❤
I just started the exercises and I love them, the slow soft movements , also nobody talking what I always find so annoying, so I can just concentrate in the exercises and the music 👌🏻plus they show you the muscles you are working, I’ll keep it up, I need to loose 20 pounds 🤞💪thank you!

Ich bin sehr froh das ich diese vielen Übungen für mich gefunden habe. Das ergänzt auf jeden Fall mein tägliches Sportprogramm. Und es ist sehr effektiv und nach den 30 Minuten heute bin ich ganz schön ins Schwitzen gekommen. Ich gege jetzt noch etwas auf meinen Laufband. Freue mich schon auf weitere Übungseinheiten. Veľmi mi róby toto cvičenie dobré. Som ťažký pacient mám reumatiidnu artritídu, cukrovku a srdcové ochorenie , nie som obézna. Pomáha mi k lepšiemu zdraviu a kondícii. Cvičím po menej , viac krát za deň, ako vladzem. Som dôchodkyňa 64 ale cvičím roky lebo musím. Ináč by som bola asi ležiaca. Ďakujem..❤
Comecei hoje, gostei muito, é incrivel recomendo.

I just started the exercises and I love them, the slow soft movements , also nobody talking what I always find so annoying, so I can just concentrate in the exercises and the music 👌🏻plus they show you the muscles you are working, I’ll keep it up, I need to loose 20 pounds 🤞💪thank you!

Also I would love some descriptions on how best to follow the workouts while it is ongoing. It is sometimes difficult to know if the Robot is on a spot or jumping during most exercises. Thank you
