I’m plant based too. WFPB. I’m in my 60s, no pain,no pain, move as I wish, teach line dance. Getting older is just fine, especially by eating right. I like these workouts. They work different muscles than line dance or walking. I added weights for a couple of these moves.

This is your best workout! I feel really challenged. I’m almost 65 - sounds weird because I don’t feel 65. I tried other videos but the instructor either talked too much or didn’t give clear instructions. Your videos are just right. Keep making high intensity videos please.
I'll hit 70 later this year and am so happy I found your videos, which I've been using for a month now. Although not a couch potato before, I definitely feel much fitter and stronger now, as well as being slimmer and leaner. Go Schellea!
Okay, I am 68 years young. I just finished this workout without stopping. I feel as number 10, my whole body is covered in sweat. I use the Amazon Halo program to keep track of my fitness. I have been using others while you have been gone and my number for Fitness has been a 30 for each day. However after completing this my heartbeat got up to 151 and my score for today is 42 for fitness. It is so good to have you back I think I will do this workout every day this week and see how I feel at the end of the week. Unless of course, you come out with another one this week. Miss you greatly so glad to have you back!!

Did this routine AND the 5,000 steps routine this morning and I asked my 87 year old mom if she cared to join me. She would have been walking for 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours but due to weather it wasn’t an option today. She did fantastic, a little challenging with the hand feet coordination but she still made it through. So proud of her ❤️. Thank you Schellea 🥰

I’ve been off for 10 days driving around the uk, visiting relatives and sleeping in 9 different beds, eating badly and feeling rubbish not having time to exercise with you, so it’s wonderful to return today. I just finished this workout and I’m sweaty and glad I did it. I’ve been loving your workouts and this format of 20 seconds walking 40 seconds exercise. I had taken a few years off of exercise after my class broke up and my divorce. This is a great reintroduction. Love you!!
I love all the workouts I have tried, that is at least 30 different ones! Since starting your exercises, last year, I have lost inches, my knees are better (bone on bone) and my cardio is awesome! Being 66, I look at least 10 years younger and feel it, too! Keep going!❤❤

Intense, challenging and doable (and I'm 68)! It is very hard for me to get to a point where I am sweating (well, here in the South we call it "dewing") but this workout does it. And of course Schellea is so encouraging and makes working out fun. This has been added to my favorites.

I just want to tell you I found these videos the last of March. Doing these in combination with eating clean I have lost 25 lbs, was able to get off insulin , and look great. Love the arm videos too. My Endo dr is impressed . A1C down from 9 to 6 just last week!

I am glad to see a new workout, and I will give it a go on the weekend, but I enjoy the vids with 30 seconds of exercising and 30 seconds of walking. This new 30 minute fat burn walking routine is excellent. I loved it and it’s another perfect warm up for the 20 minute arm routine. I coupled these two workouts with her HIIT workout she does with her daughter in-law and her 5,000 step routine which I absolutely love. I burned 877 calories, I’m a happy 61 year old.
I’ve also turned my 87 year old mom on to her balance routines. It’s all so good for our bodies. Thank you for all that you do. ❤️

I was working out with you in '21, then my hip replaced hip started really plaguing me, so I stopped.. and then I broke my ankle, really really badly, in Oct. of 22. I'm. finding that accident to be a blessing, because I have really dedicated myself to getting fit. Swimming 4 x a week, and on the other days, I'll be joining you!! Some of the arm / knee lift exercises…. I have to walk while I’m doing them because my hip joints really hurt otherwise. I have found this works really well for me.
I am so happy i found your youtube channel, I can not even express my gratitude. I use to walk every morning for an hour but the last 6 years I have developed really bad feet so this work out I am able to do without horrible pain. Thank you beautiful and keep us moving...
