  • 30 minute fat burning cardio walking workout to burn belly fat, get fit and increase heart health for longevity - walk at home for Beginners and women over 50. This at home workout will produce significant results in a shorter amount of time, especially in terms of fat loss. This can be encouraging for beginners who are eager to see progress.
    Even though this cardio workout is intense, this can be modified to match your fitness level.       I’m a young 64 and I have bat wings and flabby thighs too! I was in Scotland recently with my 74 year old cousin who is completely in shape and her hair and makeup always look fab… so, I’m going to follow her lead! Good luck ladies.

    I’m 62 and did two hours on the rebounder. That’s right I’m still bouncing 😁. Seriously who knew that by doing a mini bounce, I mean that your feet don’t even leave the matt, you simply concentrate on keeping your legs, abs, glutes flexed the entire time. The way this works your muscles is astonishing. Really really good stuff. This video by Schellea is perfect on the mini trampoline. My morning is off to a great start. 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 thank you Schellea ❤

    Ok, my first thought was 35 solid straight minutes of hiit might be too much for this 63 year old but i challenge myself and tried it this morning, it’s so doable, I’m not going to say it’s easy but I did complete it, yes I’m sweating and it was totally worth it, there’s new exercises in this video I haven’t seen Shelley do before which made it fun too.

    I'm 63 and do this workout holding 2 or 3 lb dumbbells when it works with the exercise. It takes it to the next level and gets my heart rate up too!

    Hello I am sorry that I could not continue for last 8 to 9 months or almost a year as in Pakistan due to climate change winters were too cold that I got swear cough that prolonged upto summer last year then I broke my tempo of exercise. But now I feel that I am rapidly increasing weight my BMI has become 28.2 so again I have started these exercises. They are so comfortable time manageable and Schellae is so soft spoken that I am confident that I will again get healthy BMI soon insha Allah.

    Hi there have been following your videos for a long time. I have made an honest effort to do at least 30 minutes a day and it is working. Just click on and get on going. Will be 79 end of October and have had both knee's replaced now. I love your wee dog, looks like a teddy bear, thank you for all of these workouts

I noticed a couple mistakes in the video but wanted to encourage you to keep showing all videos even with mistakes because your videos always have something important for someone.     Definitely a 10! And I am so proud of myself- I have been battling an autoimmune disease and I changed my diet about 3 weeks ago. Last time I tried this workout I really struggled but today I had the energy I needed. I even went for 40 seconds on some of the exercises. Thank you so much. You inspire me to keep going.

    I've been doing your workouts 4-5 days a week since April 2021 after I suffered a heart attack. I feel so blessed to have lost 20 pounds and 7 inches overall and have been able to maintain that weight loss. At 65, I feel better than I did at 50!     Oh yeah! This kicked butt but I completed it. I kept my arms up the whole way even through the walking portion for a total of 300 seconds (5 minutes). They were on fire along with my legs🔥🔥🔥. This was a total 10+ as it involved every part of the body and HIIT! I followed with your challenging 15 Min Lose Belly Fat Sitting Down and your lovely 8 Min Best Daily Stretch. Wonderful 58 Minutes total today! Whew!

    Wow. You are good. Haven't been doing anything for a year, couldn't follow my previous routines anymore... and you are getting me back on track. I am doing 40-45 min instead of 30 with every exercise. And you are so right... afterwards the feeling is tremendous. Thank you!!

    As the lyrics in one of the songs says, I got my GAME ON!! Whew, I am sweating and feeling pretty proud of my 65 year old self. Since I have been following your workouts , I did as you suggested and kept the exercise going for 15 more seconds. Please keep adding new routines for us to learn and challenge ourselves. It is amazing what our bodies are able to do with YOU guiding us every step of the way. Your encouragement, positivity, energy and smile keep me coming back and motivating me to sparkle ✨ and shine🌟through my sixties and beyond.💖

    I have been working out with you for a couple of years now and love your workouts! This one has a difference though that when I come across these, I usually take them out of my playlists, because they do not have the "beep countdown" at the end of each exercise. I find myself in a zone and not realizing an exercise has ended. So it doesn't work as well for me as the ones that do have the beep countdown. Still an excellent workout though, just wanted to give you that feedback. Keep doing what you are doing! You are the best! Still thinking of you through the recent loss of Buddy as well.

    Low impact no jumping is doable in my earlier 60’s with hereditary osteoarthritis in knuckles & joints & left foot arthritis on this 6th day of healing from a cold & cough.
