I have been trying to lose weight for a while. I never could get motivated. But I have been doing fabulous 50 since January 9 and I have lost 25 pounds. I am 52 years old and I have not felt this good in over 10 years. Every morning I wake up and can’t wait to get started. I love your positive energetic personality. I gave up soda bread and pasta. I didn’t think I could do it but I am so proud of myself.

Doing this from Germany. My mom passed away in June and while I was in the U.S. I gained back a lot of the weight I‘d lost doing these videos. I am back to it now and feeling much better, both physically and emotionally. Thanks for keeping all of us out there moving and staying young(ish). = ).

I am the same.... EXCEPT, I'M 71 and have had 2 major surgeries in the past 3 years - cervical fusion and lumbar fusion! I completed this workout and am SO proud! I felt rather crappy before this, but the workout and comments got me feeling so much better! When I don't exercise for days, everything locks up -- it's really rather scary! Old age NOT for sissies!

Im 27, and i usually do more intense weight trainings. And I’d do this workout on my rest days/ days on period to help me remain active even when I’m on “rest”

Shellea I'm reasonably new to watch your channel. Atm I'm suffering from severe yoyo suicidal depression due to situations in my life. Motivation is so much for me atm which is why I started looking at your channel. There is nothing worse than someone who doesn't understand depression saying pull yourself out of it, walk in nature etc etc. It's not like a bad day or week. Hey Court, I’ve been where you are. It’s the worst. Mine was due to domestic abuse. I’ve had to go on some antidepressants and it’s been 5 yrs that I’m in my treatment. Plus menopause it’s just a long journey but I’ve learned to focus on my wellbeing. It’s hard to not knock myself down cause of 30yrs of mental and emotional abuse and to start believing in myself. I’ve also just started the fab 50 workout and it did just that. I felt like I was young again: very chuffed that I was able to keep up some what 😁I’m hoping that I’ll keep continuing to do so. Don’t give up and don’t be afraid to ask for help. Forgive yourself and love yourself. Keep well ♥️

Hi, I am 71 and I absolutely, I absolutely love your workouts! I have been working out off and on for my entire life and tend to get bored with the traditional workouts. You have so many to choose from that I never get bored and want to keep doing them. Not in the greatest physical shape, but must do cardio for a heart condition and these workouts allow that, plus I feel fantastic when I do them. Thank you so much! ♥

STARTING FAB 50’s at age 73!!! Though I’ve done hit or miss, off and on exercise routines for years, at 73 I’ve started really worrying about my diminishing strength. For almost four weeks I’ve done 45 - 50 minutes almost every day, mixing up all the different body part routines and enjoying your enthusiasm and encouragement. I’m already more flexible, and have almost no horrible night time and morning leg cramps or debilitating lower back pain. Of course I’m continuing Fabulous 50’s: It’s kind of a “fountain of youth for me,” and I look forward to doing the routines every day! A GREAT PROGRAM!

Hello from Florida in the United States. I'm 48 but I am disabled. I have complex regional pain syndrome ( CRPS) it effects my arms and hands. I also have full body fibromyalgia. I live in constant pain. I used to be a very fit and active person. I had a fall from horse back riding almost 7 years ago. All the meds make me just exhausted and I'm hot all the time. I recently found your channel and I absolutely love it!!!! I love your energy and the fact that I can do this from the comfort of my home. Moving my arms is an extreme workout for me, but I've been doing it. I feel strong and accomplished. I now do a new video every day and send the video to my older sister that lives in a different state. We have an agreement that we will each do a new video every day and hold each other accountable.
