I'm 30 and just found this channel. I'm on a weightloss journey to lose 80lbs. I'm down 30lbs so far and wanted to start to exercise. I tried so many other videos but they were just a little too intense or I needed much more mobility so i kept giving up. I'm on day 4 of doing this video and i am a sweaty wreck after it but i feel such a sense of accomplishment. Did this routine AND your newest routine this morning and I asked my 87 year old mom if she cared to join me. She would have been walking for 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours but due to weather it wasn’t an option today. Had started the challenge many times and didn’t complete it. Finally, I made up that I were going to stay with it. I did and felt great. I've tried many but keep coming back to you. 74 years old with knee problems and some shoulder pain, but I modify your routines when needed and I am sweating at the end. I'd love it if some time you can create another 5000 with different music. OMG! I cannot believe how awesome this workout was. I love to get sweaty because I know that is very healthy for us. I didn't realize how wonderful your workouts are. I love when mu heart rate goes up & my resting heart rate goes down. I will stick to your workouts. the 5,000 steps is perfect because I'm constantly walking throughout the day. Most times I walk & leave the car at home. One thing though....MORE PLEASE!!!!

I did 2,850 steps and was jogging most of the time. Maybe my apple health isn’t counting all my steps? Loved doing this and your other workouts!

You are my favorite online workout coach. I've tried many but keep coming back to you. 74 years old with knee problems and some shoulder pain, but I modify your routines when needed and I am sweating at the end. I'd love it if some time you can create another 5000 with different music. This is my favorite and I tried playing my own music and muting your voice, but that's no good, because I love the encouragement you give. Thanks for all the videos.

Hi ! Greetings from Bangladesh. Me and my husband started to the work out from last week and very excited about it. It is really doable and we are enjoying to do this. I am overnight so need to lose at least 15 kg. Hope this work out will help me for that.

I love this workout - it’s fun and challenging for a 67 year old like me! 😄 When you’re back to doing videos, I would love to see more walking videos like this that are a little longer than 30 minutes. I have walked for years and years and I would like a walking workout that is 35 to 40 minutes long when I need to work out inside. Thanks so much! OMG! I cannot believe how awesome this workout was. I love to get sweaty because I know that is very healthy for us. I didn't realize how wonderful your workouts are. I love when mu heart rate goes up & my resting heart rate goes down. I will stick to your workouts. the 5,000 steps is perfect because I'm constantly walking throughout the day. Most times I walk & leave the car at home. One thing though....MORE PLEASE!!!!
